Villa Teneguia is just 30 minutes from Arrecife Airport. With 3 airconditioned bedrooms and two “walk in” shower rooms all on one level making easy access. Located in a prime location within a quiet cul-de-sac in the lovely area known as Montaña Roja, approximately 10 minutes from the Playa Flamingo beach, with excellent restaurants and supermarkets. The area is very family friendly with the water park close by.

The Villa comes with a full "Tourist Licence" and has a 24 hour monitored security alarm. It has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area with TV including English channels for films, sports and children’s entertainment. Free WIFI is also available
The Villa offers a private heated pool which features a handrail and Roman steps for ease of access. With secluded gardens and sun loungers, giving the ideal setting to make the most of the warm climate all year round. With a generous south facing terrace, BBQ and covered alfresco dining area overlooking the swimming pool and gardens. Villa Teneguia will allow you to enjoy first class outdoor dining.

There is a pleasant 20 minutes coastal walk, which takes you into Playa Blanca town with numerous shops and restaurants. There is also a bus station, harbour, taxi rank and regular ferries to Fuerteventura.
the price is for 4 guests only extra guest £100 pounds per guest per week 5 nights bookings an extra 100 pounds to cover cleaning costs

We had a fantastic stay at Hazel's property. The property was exactly as described and marketed on the property description and pictures.Hazel was a fantastic host also, in regular communication with us from well before we arrived right up until we left the property. I can't recommend her enough.

Playa Blanca is a wonderful place to stay. Villa in a quiet cul de sac, not oveelooked and well maintained. Manager on hand if required. Comfy beds, plenty of seating in and outside, great pool and bbq areas for outside entertaining. Close enough to the town, but far enough when you want to enjoy peace and quiet, you won't be disappointed with this area. We always come back to the same area, a home from home with sunshine. All in all a perfect villa and location. Good local taxi service and bus stop a couple of hundred yards away. Can't wait to return to Lanzarote. Thanks to the owner, great communication, would definitely return. Many thanks!

Just returned from a fabulous 10 night stay in this beautiful villa. Hazel was fantastic communicating with us prior to our stay and the villa was extremely comfortable for us to stay in as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 older teenagers). The villa is very well equipped with everything you need, we really appreciated the supply of beach towels as this saved valuable space in our suitcases! The pool area is much bigger than the pictures show and the pool was lovely and warm throughout our stay and plenty big enough for all 4 of us to enjoy at the same time. Great location, lovely and quiet and not overlooked at all, just a 10-15 minute walk down to Flamingo beach. The welcome pack of wine, juice and milk were also a lovely touch. Highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the island.

Peaceful Stay

My husband and 2 teenage daughters had a lovely stay. It was peaceful yet just a sort walk to the lovey Playa Flamingo, restaurants and shops. We would lovely to return.

Lovely spacious villa in good location

We had a lovely stay here in May, Villa was clean and in a perfect location just a short walk from shops and beach. The only 1 thing to critique was the 2 single beds in the twin room, unfortunately the mattresses were not very comfortable and need replacing but other then they everything was perfect and I’d highly recommend a stay here

Erholsamer Urlaub in großzügiger Villa

Wir waren bereits 2024 für 4 Wochen im Februar in der Villa und waren begeistert. Das war der Grund für uns auch 2025 den Urlaub wieder hier zu verbringen. Beheiztes Pool, großzügige Terrasse auf der Südseite mit teilweisen Meerblick. Die Villa ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet auch in der Küche alle Möglichkeiten für die Selbstverpflegung. Der Service für das Pool und die Villa waren vorbildlich. Um in die City zu gelangen braucht man 25 Minuten zu Fuß. Zusammenfassend eine angenehme Urlaubsadresse die man gerne weiterempfehlen kann.

Great villa in a great location

Brilliant villa. Lovely welcome pack. Everything you’d need in the kitchen plus pool towels and hand soaps. Great contact with Hazel and Suzanne was very welcoming too. Pool was lovely and a good size too with comfy loungers. Plenty of space overall and would stay there again. Location was 10 mins slow walk to beach and some shops then another 20 to other restaurants and shops along the front. Relatively flat walk too.

Excellent Villa

One of the best Villas we have stayed in. Suzannes communication was excellent, cleanliness and pool man did a fab job. Everything you could wish for in the Villa, comfortable, warm pool, what more could you wish for. The area is fab, location with everything on the doorstep within a short walk. We will be back again!

Enjoyable Stay

The villa is in a great location with easy access to the water park (just across the road) and a short walk into town. Hazel kept in regular contact prior to our stay. Suzanne was also very helpful and on hand when shortly after we arrived. We would definitely stay in this villa again.

Absolutely beautiful villa

The villa is exactly as seen on the pictures, extremely clean and very homely. Hazel was extremely easy to correspond to and when I had difficulty with my phone not downloading instructions she was very quick to get sorted. Suzanne, manager for property, was really lovely and answered questions very quickly. The pool was cleaned numerous times during our stay, more than the other villa we had stayed in and he was always friendly when here. The villa has everything you need lots of towels, kitchen utensils - even an air fryer. The pool area is amazing lots of space for everyone and the pool was lovely and warm! WiFi and tv is brilliant and enabled us to spend many nights chilling out. It’s a nice 10 minute walk to the beach and 15 to the spar and centre. We have been coming to Playa Blanca for many years and only this year moved to this villa and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else now!!

Great villa

The villa was in a quiet area very close to flamingo beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa provided all we need. Communication with Hazel the owner was great and the local manager Suzanna was amazing.

The perfect stay

Villa Teneguia is a fantastic villa which is situated in a prime location in Playa Blanca. It was only a short walk to Playa Flamingo beach, shops and restaurants. Our stay was absolutely perfect, and the villa exceeded all of our requirements for our family. The villa is very clean and welcoming with lots of space. The pool was brilliant, and our young kids (ages 6 & 3) loved every second playing in it. The villa included all the amenities required to aid the prefect stay and communication with the host was fantastic. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Teneguia and would book again next time we visit Playa Blanca.

The villa lived up to our expectations. It had everything we needed to make our stay perfect, and it was very spacious, clean and perfectly located for us. I would definitely recommend the villa, and we look forward to returning in the future.

4 Wochen Traumurlaub

Wir hatten die Villa für 4 Wochen im Februar gemietet. Wir haben das Haus so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten jeden Tag das Frühstück mit Sonnenaufgang, Mittagessen und Abendessen mit Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse genießen. Wunderschön auch die teilweise Aussicht auf das Meer. Der Pool war angenehm beheizt, was wir auch täglich nutzten. Mehrmals die Woche wurde der Pool gereinigt. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer hatte sehr gute Matratzen und die wöchentlich gewechselte Bettwäsche war aus Baumwolle. An der Stelle möchte ich auch die tolle Unterstützung von der Villa Managerin Suzanne erwähnen. Sie war immer sofort zur Stelle, wenn es mal ein Problem gab und hat auch prompt für Abhilfe gesorgt. Toller Service! Die Villa ist 5 Minuten vom Flamingo Beach entfernt und in das Zentrum von Playa Blanca mit Restaurants und Supermarkt sind es 25 Minuten zu Fuß. Kleines Manko war die 2. Woche. Es waren Schulferien in England und der nahe gelegene Wasserpark gut besucht. Die Schreie der Kinder beim Rutschen war dann schon auf der Terrasse zu hören. Aber eine Woche später war alles wieder ok. Zusammengefasst war es sehr erholsam und wir haben deshalb sofort wieder 4 Wochen für nächstes Jahr gebucht.

Great stay

Unfortunately we had a few issues with water, eventually after 4 days Carlos fitted a new pump and it worked after that. The layout of the villa was good, as was the pool. The shower in the family bathroom didn’t have much force and the dishwasher needs a bit of sorting. We didn’t let any of these issues worry us and really enjoyed being away in nice warm weather.

Amazing 2 weeks here

This place was more than perfect, absolutely a dream, so spacious, so private not overlooked, we used the pool every day and the views out to sea while having our breakfast or tea watching the sunrise and sunset every day was unbelievable, we took two members of the family who were first time flyers and they just kept saying wow at everything each day they were there, Suzanne was amazing and was there whenever we needed her help, and not just for the villa but help if we needed anything, we would definitely book this villa again next time we are in Lanzarote and i know the others are looking forward to going now they have tasted it

Perfect Villa for our stay in Playa Blanca

This property is in a prime location when staying in Playa Blanca. The beach is less than a 10-minute walk away with a couple of supermarkets, restaurants, and a great little coffee shop that serves iced lattes made with oat milk (very important for this reviewer). If you don't mind walking another 10 minutes, you'll reach the main town along the coast road. The property itself was perfect and one of the best we have stayed in Lanzarote. The furniture was comfortable and the outside private. The welcome pack left for our arrival was unexpected and much appreciated. We are planning to return next time we are in Playa Blanca.

Great stay

My husband booked villa Teneguia as a birthday surprise for me and our daughter to spend the week away. The photos of the villa on the website didn’t do it justice it was more than we both expected. We have stayed in villas in playa blanca before so knew the area very well. We had a very relaxed stay at the villa and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Playa Blanca. The welcome pack was an unexpected surprise with the basics awaiting us on arrival, such as milk,water ,orange juice ,tea,coffe and biscuits as well as a bottle of wine. Gorgeous villa!

We have stayed in many villas in playa Blanca but this one definitely at the top of my list. Beautiful spacious villa, perfect location in a quiet cul-de-sac, 5 min walk to the gorgeous flamingo beach and local restaurants. Waterpark at bottom of the road. The owner was quick to answer any questions I had and recommended a transfer from the airport that we used. A lovely welcome pack also which was lovely. Villa was lovely a clean. Really recommend this beautiful villa and thank you to Hazel for letting us stay xxxx

Our initial reaction said it all - absolutely lovely.

The villa was as described but when we arrived we were really pleased. The apartment was It was well furnished, plenty of room for our family, the pool and patio area was ideal with plenty of beds for us all. If we wanted to escape the sun the TV had an android TV box and Netflix as well as good WIFI for our phones (WIFI was good in all areas including outside). The kitchen was well equipped. A bottle of wine, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits were left for us on arrival which was a nice touch. 😊. The Villa was in a quiet cul-de sac around 10 mins walk to the Playa Flamingo sea front which has around 5 restaurants and 2 supermarkets and a glorious small beach. Another 10 mins walk along a nice sea front and you reach Playa Blanca with more restaurants, shops and bars. The communication from Hazel was prompt and answered all our questions. Likewise the onsite support locally from Suzanne was excellent. We would definitely book again.

Beautiful villa!

Beautiful villa, very spacious lounge area. All spotless with good quality furnishings. Good sized heated pool. Very private and in quiet surroundings but only 15-20 min walk to sea front. Our villa manager, Suzanne, was brilliant. We had a couple of occasions when we need help immediately, and both times Suzanne responded immediately and quickly dealt with the problem. Thank you Suzanne! Will definitely stay here again.
