Villa Teneguia is just 30 minutes from Arrecife Airport. With 3 airconditioned bedrooms and two “walk in” shower rooms all on one level making easy access. Located in a prime location within a quiet cul-de-sac in the lovely area known as Montaña Roja, approximately 10 minutes from the Playa Flamingo beach, with excellent restaurants and supermarkets. The area is very family friendly with the water park close by.

The Villa comes with a full "Tourist Licence" and has a 24 hour monitored security alarm. It has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area with TV including English channels for films, sports and children’s entertainment. Free WIFI is also available
