Ideal for Honeymoons and romantic getaways or having time with the family. Walk down the marble steps to a large covered pergola where there is an amazing BBQ area and summer kitchen. On-site parking for up to 3 cars.

15-20 minutes drive from several different beaches and 5 minutes from the fantastic Tsada Golf Course in Minths Hills Resort.

Almond Grove has everything you need to enjoy an exclusive and romantic holiday. Very large Infinity Pool (unheated), 6 Sun beds, large sun umbrella, outside sofa areas and dining table for 8 under a fully covered BBQ area/summer kitchen. Expansive patio area, great for early morning Pilates while taking in the views. Fully furnished inside with everything you need, including a smart flatscreen high definition LCD TV. Internet access with Free Wifi, fully equipped state of the art kitchen with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher etc. Lots of space indoor and outdoor.

If you would like a home made greek meal cooked for you and brought to the house, or you would like an in-house greek cookery lesson teaching you how to make authentic Moussaka, Stifado amongst other dishes, then this can be arranged, prices on request.

Tsada Area: Tsada village is famous for its cooling summer breezes during those hot summer months and from its elevated position enjoys fantastic views of the Mediterranean coast and the Troodos mountains . Almond Grove is within 10 mins walking distance of the lovely Village square with its central Church, traditional coffee shops and a small museum. There are also 2 traditional tavernas serving locally produced homemade Cypriot foods. The award winning Minthis Hills Golf Club has a club house serving exceptional food. Also within walking distance from the house is a small supermarket containing a fruit market, butcher and supplying general local produce- all the locals shop here.

The road leading down to Paphos has lots of shops, larger supermarkets and a wonderfully stocked delicatessen. Just 15-20 minutes drive will get you to a number of different beaches.

Paphos Area: Just 10 minutes from Tsada lies Pafos, beautiful and vibrant. This cosmopolitan hub, surrounded by palm-fringed beaches, stylish boutiques, lively cafés and world class restaurants is great for people watching. With its many archaeological sites, harbour and castle area and thriving arts scene – concerts, plays, screenings, exhibitions – and it is no wonder it has become a European Capital of Culture 2017. A short drive along the coast will take you to the Akamas Peninsula Conservation Area, with turquoise lagoons and secluded bays, where among the carob trees and patches of wild thyme, the Baths of Aphrodite are hidden.
