Villa Madelise es una nueva propiedad exclusiva y moderna de 3 dormitorios situada en un callejón sin salida privado de 12 villas en el pintoresco pueblo de Peyia. La villa se encuentra en sus propios terrenos privados, que incluyen piscina privada (8x4m) con escalones romanos para un acceso fácil / seguro, gran área de azulejos circundante para tomar el sol. Amueblado con un nivel extremadamente alto en el piso de arriba, hay 3 habitaciones dobles grandes, todas con balcones y vistas al mar, baño privado a la habitación principal. El área tiene capacidad para 6/8, cómodamente, tiene puertas que dan a la piscina y al aseo y ducha. El alto nivel de mobiliario continúa incluyendo Wi-Fi gratis de 12MB, TV por satélite 70 canales del Reino Unido (incluyendo deportes), DVD y PS3. Toda la villa está totalmente climatizado. A very chilled week

Really lovely to be back in Villa Madelaise. It is a really well appointed villa in a great location. Ate in the Grande, Getonia, Peyia Tavern. Highly recommend all of these.

Blissful 2 week stay

Villa Madelise is set in a perfect location in Peyia in a quiet and friendly cul de sac. The villa is 2nd to last on the left hand side, once we got our bearings it was very easy to find (little hint) turn left for the cul de sac (after the football stadium) when you get to the second bin on the main road. Villa madelise gives you a perfect home from home feeling. You’re met by a beautiful pool area that is gated and fenced off with adequate pool loungers and parasols. At night the pool has cute lighting that changes colours. Entering the villa via the wooden double doors you’re met with really an open living room that has 3 sets of double French doors, leading off this is a separate amazing kitchen (fully equipped), utility room and downstairs bathroom with shower. French doors in living area lead to a wonderful seating area with a lovely table and chair set with quaint marbles candle sets that have citronella. There is also a door off the kitchen that leads to another patio area and washing line. The villa has a lovely staircase the leads upstairs to 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite and lush balcony with seating and egg chair. The smaller bedroom shares this balcony (amazing views). Then the third bedroom has its own balcony. Well kept and spacious villa with lovely mod cons that you appreciate on holiday. Mike is very attentive and checks in, which is thoughtful. Nice touch with the shopping (bread, butter, milk, ham and cheese, and wine).

Villa Madelise is in a lovely quiet cul de sac and was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Communication with Mike was excellent and informative. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again

Excellent stay

Excellent communication from Mike who was very helpful the whole way thought. Also recommend a local car hire company who provided an excellent service. Would recommend if you are looking for a place that’s a little way out from the busy parts. Thanks again.

Super holiday

Had the best ten days holiday here the villa is great clean and tidy the host mike was great from start to finish of are stay and the pool is what made the holiday with the hottest summer cyprus as had in years will definitely be coming back

Really lovely villa - can't wait to stay again

This was my first solo adventure so I knew I'd want somewhere really lovely and comfortable to stay as I'd be spending a significant amount of time at the villa. This lovely home was perfect. Immaculately clean - the pots and pans here can definitely be used straight from the cupboards! And there's everything there that you could possibly need. Really comfortable beds, great pressure in the showers, lovely pool at perfect temperature. There's sunshine in the garden all day until 7pm at night (July). English channels on the tv was great for watching the Euros and Netflix was really welcome. Internet was strong throughout the house and garden. Mike was super helpful and the welcome pack groceries were really appreciated. A real gem of a find that I will be returning to.

Stunning villa

Arrived very late at night and had trouble finding the villa. Mike was brilliant and helped us find the villa. The villa was absolutely stunning. Very clean and homely. Aircon in each room which helped a lot. Kitchen was huge with a massive american style fridge freezer. The pool was thr icing on the cake. Great after a day in the sun, to get in and cool down. The villa is only 5mins drive from coral bay and around 25mins from paphos harbour. Its in a very nice quiet cul de sac. Definitely would recommend hiring a car. Theres some local bars/takeaways and shops within walking distance. We decided to drive to them as its been over 30c each day. I would 100% recommend and will definitely be coming back. Thanks again to mike for all his help. Hes been great from the moment i was looking at booking, right up until the end

Everything we needed!

Villa Madelise had everything we needed for our stay and was ideally located for Peyia itself and only slighted further away for Coral Bay. A car is definitely needed to get around and explore the area. Great communication with Mike, the owner.

Amazing villa in Cyprus

Lovely villa located in quiet cul de sac. Well-appointed air-conditioned place with good size swimming pool. The villa was spotless and everything you would require is supplied in the villa. We hired a car and was grateful as the villa has a couple of bars / restaurants in walking distance, but we did feel we wouldn't want to eat there every night as the variation on the menu was fairly limited. Easy access for days to Paphos and into Coral Bay, would recommend the villa for a great family holiday. People are so friendly in Cyprus and we will certainly return.

Peyia 2023

Had a great stay in this lovely villa set in a quiet area of Peyia. Comms with the owner was great from the moment we booked. On arrival everything was clean and tidy and the villa is well equipped. It is situated 5 mins from Coral Bay Beach by car, Peyia is hilly and a car is recommended. There are a handful of shops and restaurants in the village that we decided to drive to because of the hills but they can be walked to if you dont mind the heat! There is also a large supermarket just outside of Coral Bay. The villa has aircon in most rooms which was handy paricularly in the bedrooms for cooling the rooms before bed. The pool is lovely and clean, not massive but perfect for us and the grandkids to muck around in. We loved Coral Bay Beach, which we went to some mornings, returning early afternoon to chill in the villa and pool before heading out to eat. And Paphos old town is lovely to walk around and eat/drink at, and only 20 mins or so by car. Overall a lovely holiday in a nice well-equipped villa which we are happy to recommend.

Villa Madelise stay June 2023

The communication from the owner Mike was fantastic, really helpful and accommodating. The villa itself is very nice, fully air conditioned with English TV stations available to view on a large screen TV. The pool was lovely and very well kept. We did have a hire car, which I believe is necessary when staying here, although there are local amenities within walking distance. All in all I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect villa to relax

The villa was perfect for our needs. We had four adults and one teen staying for a week and found that there was plenty of space for all of us. The villa is located in a quiet cul de sac, close enough to several restaurants, bars and shops for essentials. It is fully equipped for everything that you would need plus plenty of books, games etc to make use of. The private pool was ideal for relaxing around too. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and at hand when needed, we hope to be able to visit again in the future!

Nice 3 bedroom villa in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac in a nice area. Restaurants/cafes close enough to walk to. Within easy reach of Coral Bay. Large supermarket close by too which is very handy. Bakery within walking distance.

This is a lovely villa with everything you need for a family stay. The living area is spacious with enough space for the whole family. The tv was perfect with every channel you’d want. The villa has a great outdoor area with bbq, sun loungers table and chairs for alfresco dining. The kitchen is well equipped and has all mod cons, washing machine, diishwasher, microwave, even a water chiller. Air conditioned throughout. An excellent villa to soak up the sun.

Sehr angenehmes Ferienhaus

Die Buchung und Kommunikation verlief einfach und unkompliziert. Ein paar Tage vor der Anreise erhielt ich dann die Anreisedetails und Schlüsselcode. Das Haus selbst ist außerhalb von Paphos in einer angenehmen Lage. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr gut für bis zu 6 Personen geeignet. Es gibt Radio und TV. Leider kein Sat TV aber man kann online gehen und sich au h auf seinem Netflix oder Amazon Prime Video anmelden. Dazu GI t es noch ein UK IPTV. In der Winterzeit ist es einfach kühl und Türen bzw Fenster dichten nicht vollständig ab. Es waren allerdings Heizgeräte vorhanden, die die Temperatur angenehm werden ließ. In der Küche war frisches Brot, Butter und Milch vorhanden dazu auch noch Weißwein. Danke für diese erste Notation vor dem Einkauf. Sollte man nur ein paar Tage bleiben ist es nicht erforderlich wenn man kein Duschgel oder Shampoo mitbringen kann, da es genügen Leftovers von den Vorgängern gibt. Danke für das kurz geliehene Domizil.

We are a two families who have bought this villa for our own enjoyment and holidays as we love the island so much and how family friendly everyone is.

Because we are not able to stay as much as we would love to we rent out our villa for others to enjoy the idyllic island of Cyprus.

As our children have grown up with the villa it is very family and child firendly such as stair gates at top and bottom of stairs.

We like to think peole who stay feel it is their villa and tried to have everything available we would want as a family when staying.

It is located in a quite cul-de-sac of just 12 villas. It is so peaceful and tranquil yet only a 5 minute walk to a selection of excellent places to eat and drink. If you wish to just stay by the pool and BBQ or equally you are just a 5 minute car ride and be in the hub of Coral Bay itself. We try to make our villa more than a rental property and a home where you can relax and enjoy with the comforts you would expect along with the beauty of the island and the weather.
