Beautiful Villa with a very large pool.Lisa was so easy to communicate with and checking in was faultless. We used Lisa's recommended taxi service they were brilliant. The villa was ideally situated for the supermarket bars and restaurants. Including Neo's sports bar, Phils bar(amazing food)and Table One.We have stopped in numerous Villas in Paphos area and never rebooked but we would this one .

All though at the start of our stay we were very happy it slowly went down hill day by day due to noise from adjoining villa we coudnt sit out even going inside we could hear the tiles being cut etc we didnt contact the host as they had told us that they were going away. The pool was only swept once instead of twice a week, our daughter said she was being bitten badly not by mosquitos but shinning a torch under the bed saw lots of spiders nest, the ironing board was broken the sheets and matresses were stained of i suppose( others) The villa is stunning situated very well an air con was fixed downstairs but upstairs leaked water continuosly went to use stand up fan didnt work either . extract fan didnt work exposed wire on outside air con unit in garden. toastie machine exposed wire, Felix and lisa seemed freindly and approachable .

Hi To say shocked is an understatement, this is the first in over 50 reviews we have had anything negative like this! I personally did your mid let so I was definitely there not away? I met and chatted with you all and you told me everything was fabulous! no mention of noise or a problem with the ironing board etc or it would have been replaced. ( not even a text or email) Nothing was stained on the mid let apart from the make up ( or fake tan) on the sheets we had to take away and treat and same post your departure. I have checked the toastie machine and there is nothing wrong with it? the stand up fan is working fine? We have an ac engineer , you reported a leak downstairs in the first week and he attended within hours,so we don’t understand why you now say upstairs leaked the whole time and you never said anything ? it wasn’t leaking on the mid let as I turned the ac off when I was changing the bed as it had been left on in all the rooms, and its not leaking now? Your pool was cleaned twice a week both Felix and Nicky visited, the pool checks are all logged with date and time. You would not have had a clean pool with 6 people full of sun cream in it for two weeks had this not been the case. There is no noise from the adjacent villa as a family live there? further down the road is some work . There was no noise on the day I visited and chatted with you ( when you were all sitting by the pool! so you were certainly able to sit out?) but we apologize if on any day there was noise on any other days, no one else has ever mentioned it? The bites will definitely be mosquitoes this time of year they are prevalent.. On arrival there are no cobwebs as its part of our pre arrival checks but they will quite possibly appear over a two week stay and as you say you were very happy on arrival which would not have been the case, however a house spider does not bite!!

The villa was exactly as listed, and in great condition, with a welcome pack to cover breakfast waiting for us upon arrival. Lisa and Felix were very helpful hosts, with great communication prior to our holiday and throughout. The air con worked well, and we were in easy reach of the beach and main strip. Lisa also helped out with transfers and further accommodation after our check out, which was really appreciated. Overall, the holiday was wonderful, and definitely one to remember for years to come.

Hi, We are so pleased you had a fabulous stay with us and loved the villa standards and facilities and found the central heating. Very useful and beneficial being winter. The improvement works on the strip are obviously out of our control. However we did leave you details of all the bars and restaurants that are open throughout this which is most of them plus where you get discounts from and how to access them. in addition, we have all a lovely seafront restaurants around Coral Bay and Sea Caves that are open plus everything is normal in Peyia village so plenty to choose from. The improvements will be completed April this year And the whole of the strip will be absolutely lovely. Kind regards. Lisa

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.
