Get ready to fall in love with Sunnymead Penthouse the second you step inside. The first thing you'll want to do is head out onto the balcony where you can look out across the rooftops and over to the Exe
Estuary.
Back inside, the open plan living space is the perfect place for cherished family time and the clean lines of the modern kitchen will make you relish meal times.
There's so much to do in the area that when the day comes to an end, the tranquil Master bedroom and king size bed offer a peaceful retreat to rest your head and get ready for the next adventure
Exmouth's long sandy beach is one of the best in the area and your four-legged friend will enjoy bounding by your side before you sit down as a family and tuck into a bag of fish and chips as the sun goes down... bliss.
We ask our guests for a £250 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Everything great except for the location. Too close to noisy garage work, which the lovely balcony overlooks.

We do note on our website that "The balcony overlooks a row of mechanic’s garages and marine engineers that are closed by 5 pm each day", so guests can be informed of this before they place their booking.

Von der Unterkunft ist alles - Zentrum, Hafen und Strand - gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wer keine Lust hat abends auszugehen, kann auf dem Balkon gemütlich den Sonnenuntergang genießen.
