Stunning Beach House with Panoramic Views

Immaculate house with front row views of the estuary and just a few steps to the beach. The house is three stories, each one having amazing views. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, you will have plenty of space to relax. The kitchen and living areas are designed to accommodate 8 people. From the large living room, kitchen, dining area, garden/patio and master bedroom, you will have spectacular views of the estuary and surrounding areas.

First floor: Kitchen and dining area that can seat 8 people. Bedroom with 2 single beds. WC. Back garden/Patio with seating for 8. Garage for storage of bikes and kayaks. Utility room with washer and dryer.

Second floor: Living room with balcony with amazing views, seating for 8+. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Full bathroom with shower.

Third floor: Master bedroom with amazing views, super-king bed and ensuite. Second ensuite bedroom with king bed.

Location: The house is situated right on of the estuary sharing a beach with the sailing club. Exmouth town centre, sea front and train station are within a few minutes walking distance. It is situated in Devon on the Jurassic Coastline which is a World Heritage site. There are 2 miles of golden sandy beach; ideal for swimming, water sports and spectacular cliff top views. Exeter, a cathedral city, is 8 miles, and Dartmoor National Park is 20 miles.

We provide some basic essentials, tea, coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, milk to get you started. Linens and towels are provided.

Parking onsite for up to 2 cars, and nearby street and paid parking. This is a quiet residential area. No parties, No events.

This property has limited availability and only rented for part of the year.

My wife and I have just a very relaxing two weeks at Schooners - helped by glorious weather! This front-line property exceeded our expectations - uninterrupted views of the estuary, very comfortable, spotless accommodation with everything one would need, a good base for touring East Devon and close to both Exmouth beach and the town for shopping etc. The Exeter branch of Waitrose also delivers, if needed. All in all, we had a very enjoyable time here.

Wonderful place to stay for a relaxing week away.

Schooners was very clean and had everything we needed for our holiday. The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully presented - views and sunsets were amazing. It was a little slice of perfect, we would love to return. The location has everything and Exemouth is much nicer than I expected.

Amazing location

This house is in a wonderful location. The views are stunning. It's easy to walk everywhere and there are excellent restaurants and a great fishmonger. The house is very well appointed and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Have returned from an amazing week in Exmouth . The property was stunning spotlessly clean and had all we needed . Beautiful view of the estuary . Fabulous location close to beautiful restaurants. Modern and decorated to very high standard . Five star experience. Very comfortable beds furnishings and fittings. Amazing location

This house certainly lived up to it’s description. It is spacious, well equipped and has beautiful views. Easy pleasant walks to good restaurants and beach and water taxi. Hired bicycles, went kayaking, took train to Topsham - a pretty village 10 minutes on the train. A really enjoyable week!

Great views and high quality accommodation

We stayed a week in August. The weather was very good and we had some fabulous views from each floor. All the rooms were much bigger than I was expecting . A good range of kitchen utensils and two under the counter fridges with a freezer in the utility room. A really good well thought out accommodation.

A wonderful stay in a stunning location!

We had a wonderful family holiday in this beautiful property, which is located in the most stunning location, with the most amazing views over the estuary. The property was spotless, and beautifully decorated, plus we had so much room as a family of five. Adam was helpful and always at hand throughout our stay. We didn’t want to leave, and would love to return.

An excellent property with stunning views of the estuary. Good base for visiting south Devon and Dorset. Property was extremely clean on arrival and comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms for our group of 4 adults.
