Amazing Sunsets, Boating and Gulf

Check out the beautiful sunsets over Sabine Bay and sparking lights at night from the large patio in this unit. The famous sugar white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico can be viewed from the property or simply walk a few hundred yards for access. This Property has it all- boat ramp ,rental slips , convenient launching and protected water for paddle boards, kayaks ,etc. There are numerous restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues within a short walking distance including Margaritaville just across the street. The complex boasts a fully equipped gym large sauna, huge pool, lounge area, and tennis courts. There is a comfortable king size bed in the Master and a sofa bed in the Living room.

Great Stay

Spent 3 days with less than ideal weather so the property became very important. It’s got a comfy home feeling so you don’t get disappointed waiting for the weather to clear. The owner went over and above to make sure everything was right. Great stay thank you!!

Nice harbor views, clean and comfortable apartment. Close walk to beach and easy to get around. Nancy is very communicable which makes booking, checking in and out easy.

A very very nice stay

We stayed at Nancy’s property on Fort Pickens Road for our honeymoon in Pensacola, Florida and the property was very cleanly. It was the check in process was very easy and the overall accuracy of the listing was very nice. We really really enjoyed our stay and would most definitely stay here again.

Overall we were super happy with this condo. Check in was simple, location was close to everything, and we loved the pool. The bed was super comfortable and this was by far the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed in which was AMAZING.
