The house is located in a private urbanization with access by entrance with controlled barrier.
From the entrance the villa is reached through a private paved street.
Up to the beach there are about 500 meters. There is a beach restaurant, toilets and showers.
In the urbanization there is supermarket, playground and a lake with ducks and fish about 200 meters from the house.

The house has an area of 140 square meters, the land with trees and garden has about 500 square meters.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with two double beds, and a bathroom. In the mezzanine there is a room for children with four bunk beds, and a bathroom with shower. The parents' main rooms have balconies with sea views. The house is renovated in 2017 and is prepared for 8 people with crockery, cutlery, glasses, quilts, blankets and pillows. Full linen and towels are available for rent for the number of people included in the contract.

At the bottom is the kitchen with microwave, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and electric coffee maker, Nespresso. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room with the washing machine and the water heater. The living room with fireplace and dining room. In the living room there is a CD player and a TV with satellite dish connection.

From the living room you exit through a door directly onto the terrace with barbecue. From the dining room and the living room, glass doors lead to the garden and the 7 x 3 meter private pool.
