Spectacular apartment facing the sea, with a unique location where you can enjoy the best sunrises and sunsets in Puerto Pollensa.



The apartment is decorated with a lot of love and special details by the owner. It consists of a living room with a kitchen included, air conditioning, a bedroom with two single beds, ceiling fan. A bathroom with a shower. An ideal apartment to enjoy your holidays





A welcome basket is provided with each reservation. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holidays.



Available 24 hours a day for any type of question and assistance.



Fiber optic Internet, ideal for working from home.



This chalet can accommodate babies. Cot and highchair included on request at no extra cost.



Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your expected time for the day of arrival (flight/ship number if applicable) to organize the delivery of the keys together.



VAT and final cleaning included. Events are not allowed.

The Port of Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers miles of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor Peninsula. Unlike other tourist centers in Mallorca, the coast is not fully urbanized with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a splendid range of cafés and restaurants, clothing stores, supermarkets and doctors.



The old town of Pollensa is only 10 minutes away by car and is by far one of the most popular places in the north of Mallorca. There is a wide selection of exclusive restaurants and cafés to suit the individual tastes of visitors.

Artists from all over the world have been coming to Pollensa for many years to be inspired by the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. Numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, British writer Peter Ustinov, German rock singer Peter Maffay and many others have chosen this beautiful place as a vacation destination or second home.

The town's landmarks are the 365 steps and the Calvary, at the top of which there is a small Baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolizes a day of the year.

In the historic environment of Pollença, numerous cultural events and music festivals are held.

We loved our stay in this beachfront flat. The villa is very well equipped and decorated in great detail, which makes it very cosy. This was a gem of an apartment, brilliant location, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable bed. We loved it and would certainly recommend it. Right opposite the beach, fabulous restaurants a couple of minutes walk away. We will definitely be back.

Terrific apartment, with an amazing view in the perfect location. Directly across from the beach with a patio that’s perfect for a coffee looking at the sunrisean aperitivo after a day at the beach. Communication was excellent and the a/c was fantastic during a super hot week in Mallorca

Very nice and well equipped appartment for 2 persons. Close to the beach, the center of PP and a quiet spot where it is good to relax. The check in and the comunication with the host was perfect from start to finish. We can absolutely reccomend the appartment.

The apartment is perfect for couples, well equipped and has a super comfy bed and excellent quality linens. 360 villas were super responsive and very helpful during the booking process and throughout our stay. A short and beautiful walk (5-10 mins) along to central Puerto Pollensa itself, where you’ll find a selection of great bars and restaurants. Perfect for a couple, and just far enough away from too much hustle and bustle. We’ll be back!

Great position. Well equipped although microwave digital readout was broken so it was guesswork. Should've called the owner to fix and regret I didn't and soldiered on. Nice touches like beach towels and rooms cleaned and towels bedding changed midweek which was welcome. Books and plenty of local info came in useful. Car needed to parked on the road outside round the back of the apartment rather than the apartment car park which was no problem as there was always plenty of space.

Excellent apartment. Fantastic view and location. Bed was extremely comfortable. Communication with Pep and the team very good and allowed us to check in an earlier time after our early flight. Would recommend highly and would use again. Thankyou

Highly recommended

We stayed in July 2021. The apartment is small but perfectly formed. Spotlessly clean, fantastic view and good aircon which you will need in the summer. Very well equipped with everything you need. Great location near supermarket and restaurants anda nice 10-minute stroll into town for more restaurants. Would not hesitate to recommend for a couple. Also, great communication on arrival instructions etc.

Ideal for chilling out

We liked the view a lot and having our breakfast overviewing the bay was heavenly. We came mainly to cycle as father son and the trips were fabulous with Fermendor and Lluc the highlights . The flat was very nice , modern, quiet , good AC that wedidn’t use. Ideal for chilling out. I was not used to not meeting our host with Airbnb but with indications all went fine. Many restaurants , ideal swimming and heaven for cycling with a nice place to relax .

Wonderful location!

Wonderful location! My husband and I travelled to Mallorca for our honeymoon / cycling trip. Port de Pollença was the prime location as it was as close as we could get to all the famous climbs, while still being by the beach. The balcony was fantastic!! It was a great place to watch the sunsets and fall asleep to the sound of lapping waves. The property itself was kept very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Maggie sent detailed instructions (which even included video) on how to access the property, which made self check-in / out very easy. She was also very responsive to our many questions. Overall great stay, thank you!!

Many places to visit around appartment

Really gorgeous apartment that is even nicer than the photos make it look. It has everything you could want and was really well furnished and maintained. The location is great - right across the road from one of the bigger beaches which never getstoo busyloud and then about a 10 min walk into the centre of the town. There was also a really good convenience store 2 mins down from the apartment. Pep and Maggie were really helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had and even came to pick us up from the bus so we didn't have to walk to the apartment with our bags in the midday sun, which was really appreciated! We would definitely recommend this apartment and would come back to stay again.

Die Lage ist einfach schön ,auch sehr ruhig von der Straße her . In der Ferienwohnung selber hat es an nichts gefehlt es war alles sauber . Die Wände sind etwas hellhörig, dennoch sehr zu empfehlen.
