Espectacular piso frente al mar, con una ubicación única en donde van a poder disfrutar de los mejores amaneceres y atardeceres de Puerto Pollensa.



El piso está decorado con mucho cariño y detalles especiales por la dueña.  Consta de una sala de estar con una cocina incluida, aire acondicionado, una habitación con dos camas individuales, ventilador en el techo. Un baño con ducha. Un piso ideal para disfrutar de las vacaciones





Se suministra una cesta de bienvenida con cada reserva. Facilitamos toda la información de la zona (bares, restaurantes, playas, lugares de interés…) en una guía online para que puedan disfrutar al máximo de sus vacaciones.



Disponibilidad 24h para cualquier tipo de duda y asistencia.

El Puerto de Pollença está situado al norte de Mallorca. La bahía ofrece kilómetros de playas de arena fina, algunas de las cuales están protegidas del viento por la península de Formentor. A diferencia de otros centros turísticos de Mallorca, la costa no está totalmente urbanizada con castillos hoteleros de varias plantas. Aquí encontrará largas playas de arena bordeadas de pinos y palmeras, una espléndida oferta de cafés y restaurantes, tiendas de ropa, supermercados y médicos.



El casco antiguo de Pollensa está a sólo 10 minutos en coche y es, con mucho, uno de los lugares más populares del norte de Mallorca. Hay una amplia selección de restaurantes y cafés exclusivos para satisfacer los gustos individuales de los visitantes.

Artistas de todo el mundo llevan muchos años viniendo a Pollensa para inspirarse en el paisaje y en la Serra de Tramuntana. Numerosas celebridades como Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, el escritor británico Peter Ustinov, el cantante de rock alemán Peter Maffay y muchos otros han elegido este hermoso lugar como destino de vacaciones o segunda residencia.

Los puntos de referencia del pueblo son los 365 escalones y el Calvario, en cuya cima hay una pequeña capilla barroca del siglo XVIII. Cada escalón simboliza un día del año.

This was a gem of an apartment, brilliant location, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable bed. We loved it and would certainly recommend it. Right opposite the beach, fabulous restaurants a couple of minutes walk away. We will definitely be back.

Very nice and well equipped appartment for 2 persons. Close to the beach, the center of PP and a quiet spot where it is good to relax. The check in and the comunication with the host was perfect from start to finish. We can absolutely reccomend the appartment.

Great position. Well equipped although microwave digital readout was broken so it was guesswork. Should've called the owner to fix and regret I didn't and soldiered on. Nice touches like beach towels and rooms cleaned and towels bedding changed midweek which was welcome. Books and plenty of local info came in useful. Car needed to parked on the road outside round the back of the apartment rather than the apartment car park which was no problem as there was always plenty of space.

Highly recommended

We stayed in July 2021. The apartment is small but perfectly formed. Spotlessly clean, fantastic view and good aircon which you will need in the summer. Very well equipped with everything you need. Great location near supermarket and restaurants anda nice 10-minute stroll into town for more restaurants. Would not hesitate to recommend for a couple. Also, great communication on arrival instructions etc.

Ideal for chilling out

We liked the view a lot and having our breakfast overviewing the bay was heavenly. We came mainly to cycle as father son and the trips were fabulous with Fermendor and Lluc the highlights . The flat was very nice , modern, quiet , good AC that wedidn’t use. Ideal for chilling out. I was not used to not meeting our host with Airbnb but with indications all went fine. Many restaurants , ideal swimming and heaven for cycling with a nice place to relax .

Wonderful location!

Wonderful location! My husband and I travelled to Mallorca for our honeymoon / cycling trip. Port de Pollença was the prime location as it was as close as we could get to all the famous climbs, while still being by the beach. The balcony was fantastic!! It was a great place to watch the sunsets and fall asleep to the sound of lapping waves. The property itself was kept very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Maggie sent detailed instructions (which even included video) on how to access the property, which made self check-in / out very easy. She was also very responsive to our many questions. Overall great stay, thank you!!

Many places to visit around appartment

Really gorgeous apartment that is even nicer than the photos make it look. It has everything you could want and was really well furnished and maintained. The location is great - right across the road from one of the bigger beaches which never getstoo busyloud and then about a 10 min walk into the centre of the town. There was also a really good convenience store 2 mins down from the apartment. Pep and Maggie were really helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had and even came to pick us up from the bus so we didn't have to walk to the apartment with our bags in the midday sun, which was really appreciated! We would definitely recommend this apartment and would come back to stay again.

Die Lage ist einfach schön ,auch sehr ruhig von der Straße her . In der Ferienwohnung selber hat es an nichts gefehlt es war alles sauber . Die Wände sind etwas hellhörig, dennoch sehr zu empfehlen.
