About Juliette Wells
I am a Personal Chef and love cooking. I grew up in Denver and this was my childhood home.
Juliette Wells purchased this House in 2015
Why Juliette Wells chose Park Hill
This neighborhood is one of the nicest in Denver. It is quiet, and is a great location for going almost anywhere in town or to escape on the highway and head west to the Mountains. My father , Hal Gould was a Master Photographer and his work is hanging on the walls, a legacy to him. After my father passed, i bought the house from my siblings and did a major renovation. It was a labor of Love. I am very proud of the work we have done.

'Home away from Home'
Situated in a friendly, scenic and convenient neighbourhood, Hal Gould House was comfortable and practical. Juliette was a very gracious host, willing to accommodate any needs we had.
Excellent restaurants and cafes were within walking distance, and buses to the CBD were close by. We have no hesitation in recommending Hal Gould House, and when we next visit Denver, hopefully this wonderful home, will be available for our use.
Home with Character
Juliette was a very good host, making herself available and answering questions readily. The house was great. It had a nice front porch and great artwork/photography on the walls. The backyard was under construction, but accessible. There are two things that I would keep in mind if you are considering renting here. 1. There is a tenant in the basement. We never saw nor heard the tenant. They have a separate entrance. There was a dog that barked for a short time when we would come in. Otherwise, I would have never known that there was a tenant. The only reason I mention this is that I didn't realize there was a tenant and was surprised. It definitely is not a reason to not stay. 2. This is an old house and there is no central air. It wouldn't have been a big deal, but it was a bit of a hot spell when were visiting and it was uncomfortable at night. So, consider when you are booking.
It was a lovely place, well decorated and a very nice location. The street was dead quiet. It worked very well for our family of five.
This was a perfect place for us to land with our family of 5! I believe it was the first rental and there are a few loose ends to tie up but I am certain Juliette will do this. Juliette was awesome to work with and we would stay here again. A sweet place win a fun, historic neighborhood!
