Great couple's retreat

Tina was a fabulous host and we did not want for anything at her place. The basement apartment was cozy and extremely clean. We enjoyed the backyard and the dogs were a nice bonus. This basement aparment was very well thought-out. We enjoyed our time here.

Great comfortable rental !

We had great communication with Tina before, during & after our stay. We had awesome accommodations in our entire basement space. A full kitchen area & living area & bed was very comfy. Her outdoor backyard was private & therapeutic with all of the plants. We will definitely will stay at Tinas again in the future !

Great place!

Our recent stay was ideal. Had everything we needed and was a great location for us as we were visiting family nearby. Tina was always quick to respond to any inquiries we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

Tina was absolutely wonderful and gave us many recs on places to eat as well as potential neighborhoods to live in! The place was very clean and had more than enough amenities for my friend and I! Loved being able to play with the dogs as well! Overall a really good stay would definitely recommend!!

Visit to meet our new granddaughter!

We had a wonderful stay here at Park Hill Garden. We enjoyed visiting with our host, Tina. She was very attentive, making sure we had everything that we needed. Home away from home with all the amenities. Two fireplaces made for cozy mornings while having our coffee. We were close to downtown Denver where our son and his family live. Great host and well-cared for property

Tina was a great host, good space for an extended getaway. The apartment is well-stocked with anything you would need. Comfy bed, great location. And the dogs were a fun bonus!

Ceramic artist with two border collies (Heureux and Chevre whose names mean Happy and Goat) and a 4 year old Maltipoo named Fauci.

Being a host fulfills a long-term goal. I've done my fair share of traveling and used that insight to make sure the space caters to all travelers.

My home is quiet, serene and a great place to live. We do live upstairs, so it is not suitable for guests to work remotely full time. You will hear some noise, but most guests say it is minimal.

My home is close to major thoroughfares, the city and the airport. This make it an easy place to explore the area. I bought this home to renovate the basement to become a stand-alone apartment.

Denver is a metropolitan city, no longer a cow town. We have excellent business opportunities, an entrepreneurial spirit and the people here are laid back and health oriented.
