This beautifully renovated condominium is located in the heart of downtown Aspen, just 1.5 blocks from the gondola at the base of Aspen Mountain. This deluxe-rated three-bedroom, two-bath condo offers the perfect combination of comfort, style, and convenience.

The condo features cable TV, wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and one designated off-street parking space. The updated kitchen is designed to impress, complete with a four-burner gas stove, designer cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a stunning granite breakfast bar with additional seating for casual dining or relaxing.

The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the dining and living area, where a beautiful granite-surround gas fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere after a day on the mountain. Track lighting throughout the condo adds a modern touch and brightens every room.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes two twin beds that can be converted into a king, along with access to an adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom offers a twin bed. Both bathrooms are equipped with Jacuzzi bathtubs for added relaxation.

Great Location

Aspen Getaway

We had an absolutel lovely time in the condo. It was clean, in a pristine location and was very comfortable. The fireplace at night was a highlight. Cannot wait to stay again.

Couples getaway

Beautifully appointed, and very well maintained in a great downtown location… easy walking to all our favorite spots- summer and winter. Our second stay and we’ll be back for more. The staff at McCartney are top notch and always available.

Exceptional Condo

Great Stay in Aspen

Well equipped apartment in the perfect location . 1 block from the new W Hotel and the little Nell. Practically ski in ski out. Would book again but on the higher floor if i had my choice . Fantastic management staff!,,,,

Nice condo in Aspen

We had a great stay in this Aspen condo. The unit is clean and nicely appointed. The location was awesome; right in downtown close to shopping and restaurants, and a short walk to Aspen mountain lift. Management communicated well and everyone was pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic location

This is a great location! Flat ground, right in the center of town, 2 blocks from gondola, 1st floor and parking space is just outside the door! Makes it super convenient with luggage and groceries. As always the staff at McCartney Property Mgmt were excellent. Always great communication! Would definitely recommend them and this unit.

Excellent property and fantastic location!

Great condo! The kitchen was well equipped and bedding and linens were very nice. Beds and couches were also comfortable. 2 blocks from the gondola and 1 block from City Market. Everything was in walking distance- Our car never left the parking spot. We will definitely book here again.

Aspen condo

Location was good but the beds were not comfortable at all. Walls are super thin and you can hear the neighbors all moving around. Photos are with fish eye lens that make the condo look a lot bigger than it actually is in reality. We had issues with the hot water and water pressure in the master bathroom. Check in / out process was easy and the management company was very friendly.

Great location but falls short.

The location is outstanding. Close to supermarket, liquor store, gondola, buses and downtown area. However, there was nowhere to store your skis and ski boot area and outside shoe area was very small. The kitchen was small with no storage area for provisions and a dishwasher that had a faulty dispenser for detergent and rinse aid. The water is so hard that dishes, glasses and crockery don’t clean well. Bathtub is a little slippery and spa did not work. The saving grace is it’s location and ample bedrooms, wifi and TVs.
