This is a beautifully refinished condo in a perfect location in Aspen. The finishes, spaces, light and views are all top notch. Stocked with everything you could need and well managed by the owner. Our stay could not have been better or easier.

Spectacular condominium

This location is wonderful. Our family truly enjoyed our week stay. It is spacious with a spectacular view. We were happy to climb the steps to get to the unit. The stairs are the only drawback if someone has difficulty. I give this location an A+ and look forward to another stay

This February our family spent five nights at the “Modern and Sexy on Aspen Mountain” condo (VRBO Property 2384033). Unit 201A was exceptional with everything inside the condo being modern and high-quality; the website photos tell the truth. The condo is perched high enough for the great room windows to provide awesome views of both downtown Aspen and the lower slopes. Yet you’re an easy two block walk from the heart of Aspen’s shopping / restaurant district.The kitchen, pantry, bathrooms, etc. were well stocked with everything except your own food and booze. Strong Wi-Fi throughout was appreciated. For two couples staying in the condo, avoid being surprised, it is important to note that the guest bedroom is significantly smaller than the master bedroom. We never used the available hot tub located in a complex just across the street, but we saw people from our building making the short trip.The Host (Kathy Ponder) communicated well before and after our trip, e.g., we left a couple items in the condo which she helped return to us quickly. But since there were no problems with the condo or parking, we did not contact her during our stay. Easily, “Modern and Sexy” is our new favorite Aspen downtown / mountain rental!

We fell in love the minute that we walked in. Modern and chic in every detail with a jaw dropping view and big slider doors to let the outside in. Ski in-out on Aspen Mountain. Great location, close to all that town has to offer.
