Perfect spot in Aspen

Stayed here at the end of September. Wonderful spot near a park and right in town. Easy to walk anywhere. Would definitely stay there again

Stayed for 6 weeks this summer. Great location! Close to grocery shopping, Saturday farmers market, and all the restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped. We ate breakfast and lunch in the condo everyday. We, also, cooked dinner 2 to 3 nights.

Kitchen needs updated silverware. Many pieces missing (only one small spoon) and mismatched. Providing a full, 12 piece matched set would be easy and nice.Nespresso not appreciated by all. It, along with a traditional coffee pot would help round out the kitchen in my opinion.Living room/hall way floors, along with living room rug, filthy! Only know that as at a request for a vacuum (being in a pet friendly unit for a week) we were told there wasn't one and none could be provided as cleaning is contracted out. Isabelle, who was amazing and very attentive to any ask and need, provided a swiffer with wet and dry capabilities. So when we used the dry, then wet swiffer, mop came up very dirty, filthy actually like I stated. Also knew it by the blackened feet, knees and hands of our 9 mo old crawling baby. Honestly that was the most distressing and disappointing aspect.For the weekly price of the unit I would expect cleaner floors and carpeting.Again, Isabelle was courteous and attentive. She was always quick to respond and helpful.

The home is professionally cleaned and inspected between every guest stay. We also offer mid-stay cleaning services for guests who would like additional housekeeping during longer visits. While we were happy to provide a complimentary Swiffer along with wet and dry cloths during your stay, it is worth noting that mountain homes—particularly pet-friendly properties—can quickly accumulate dirt from normal foot traffic, especially when guests are coming and going with pets. Regarding the kitchen, we're sorry the Nespresso machine wasn't your preference. The home also includes drip coffee filters for guests who prefer traditional brewed coffee, and we appreciate your suggestion of adding a standard coffee maker. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the silverware and will review the inventory to replace any missing pieces and ensure the kitchen is fully stocked. Thank you again for your comments. Guest feedback helps us identify opportunities for improvement, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
