The Villa has the most spectacular view and a beautiful huge garden, a private car garage for 2 cars and extra parking space inside the property for 3 more cars. The Villa has 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and can easily accommodate 13 guests on 2 floors. The inside space is about 400 square meters and the space outside is about 2000 square meters, all fenced around, with 2 different entrances from the streets and very private. There are 2 terraces, a solarium, a wine cellar, greenhouses, a barbecue area, a jacuzzi in the master bathroom ..

Perfect

Cinzia was a gracious hostess, attending to our every need. She drove us to town to shop . Home is magnificent, view is spectacular. We travel frequently and I highly recommend this property.

Stunning views of Lake Como!

Plenty of room for everyone and stunning views of Lake Como! We enjoyed cooling off in the pool after a day of exploring Varenna and Menaggio. Comfortable beds, and Cinzia was a delight to work with! She provided restaurant recommendations and reservations for us. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We can't wait to return someday!

We loved our stay in Perledo. Our host was amazing! Our first night in town she recommended a little spot that was a quick 4 minute drive up the mountain and we enjoyed the best views and had a great meal. The town below, Varenna, was great and easy to access. There is a parking garage available so we didn't worry about finding spots to park. Back to our place - it's large and clean. The beds were comfortable and there were signs/reminders of what buttons to push. That helped us big time as we were traveling with 3 teenagers that don't always listen. We'll be back sooner rather than later.

Incredible host for an incredible property!

Wanted a place with a view and did we get it!! Awesome property up on the hill with a spectacular view. Home was very large, clean and accommodating. Cinza, the host couldn’t have been any better. A Super Host for sure. Cinza was in constant communication, met us at the boat, brought us to the house. She even took up grocery shopping at the market. On top of all that she provided us a list of restaurants, drivers and logistic help! Can’t wait to go back! Thank you for everything! :)

House with a 5 star view

We stayed one month in this house that has a lot to offer : a good location, magnificent views, and a lot of space : several bedrooms, two bathrooms, nice pool for kids, two terraces, more than enough material to cook, two washing machines, two dishwashers, a big garage, etc ... Cinzia has a superhost label and she deserves this : nothing was to much for her in order to give us a pleasant stay. Beyond a great satisfaction we would advice the owner to renovate the bedrooms downstairs in order to get rid of the musty smell, and to paint all the carpentry and the blinds of the house.

Thank you so much for the beautiful review. You have been incredibile guests and It has been a great pleasure to meet you. Regarding the renovation to be done to the windows wood cover, they are already programmed for this winter during the low season. The house Is built on the rocks overlooking the Lake so due to the very heavy and exceptional Rain this Summer It Is possibile that you could smell moist downstairs, expecially during rainy days. Usually opening the windows would solve the problem. This Rain was unfortunate and unusual around the Como Lake and we are very Happy that the houses in Varenna didn't have any damage. Thank you so much for your usuful suggestions. You and your Wife and your family have been exceptional guests.
