Beautiful flat on a 7th floor with 2 elevators in an old clasicc san telmo building. 2 big wide-open rooms with kitchen (with an amazing view of thencities roofs) and a toilet. All brand new with a minimalistic style. The locations its perfect for cultural tourism. The dormroom got a big comfy doublesized bed, big window, big fan and a big old-fashioned wardrobe. The living room got air conditioner, a big round table 4 chairs and a desk with and office chair for your laptop. Hi speed, Wifi all over the flat. And equiped kitchen for cooking. Towels and bed sheet too.

There thousand of stuff 2 do here. First of is the capital of tango culture in buenos aires, so there a lot of bar, restaurants, and milonga where you can enjoy this. Its maybe the oldest neighborhood in the city so you'll be able 2 enjoy all our colonial architecture. The flat just around the corner of the San telmo antiques market, and 1 block from Parque lezama, a beautifull huge park. Besides that you'll be just 2 blocks from Puerto Madero where all the restauranta and river channela are and Reerva Ecológica a beautifull huge forest created above rivers land
