This 3-bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor of Villa Barmel. It features 2 bathrooms and a private balcony.
The city center is on a walking distance (15 minutes of normal walk). Popular beaches Pjescana Uvala and Verudela are 5 and 6 km away.
The apartment is furnished with quality furniture, air-conditioned rooms, a fully equipped kitchen.
The washing machine is shared with other guests in the apartment building (free of charge), located on the ground floor hallway. Parking is private, fenced and secured (video surveillance).
