Beautiful Cozy Cottage in Assembly Park.

Lovely rental available in Assembly Park, Delavan, WI. Three bedrooms with one full bath located on a quiet street. The first-floor bedroom has a queen bed and stackable washer and dryer. There are also two large bedrooms on the second floor. One bedroom has a double and a single bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom with a shower on the first floor. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. There is a wonderful breakfast bar with seating for 8, large kitchen table, 2 sofas, and recliner all on the main floor. The cottage provides internet and a TV. To keep you cool, there is one large window air conditioner on the main floor and one air conditioner in each of the two upstairs bedrooms. Windows wrap around the cottage with a partial view of the lake. A great deck out back includes a table, chairs, and grill for cooking all the fish you caught during the day. Situated on a lot and a half this property has ample parking for at least 4 cars. Many great restaurants, stores, and activities nearby. Great location for the perfect summer vacation!

Family getaway

This property is a great find! It’s definition of “location, location, location!” The area is SO cute and walkable to the lake, friendly community, and feels just like a little family owned town in northern Michigan where all the houses are packed in a few feet apart. It’s so drivable to all the surrounding areas - if you’re looking to be close to Lake Geneva without paying those prices, it’s just a quick 20 minute drive. Not to mention Lake Delevan is so pretty and swim-friendly. Anything & everything you need is a 4-5 minute drive away - including a Walmart - to stock your fridge, the gas station and many food places if you don’t want to cook the whole time, & we went to 7Brew about 6 times in our 3 day stay. Lastly the key to our hearts - wonderful golf courses just up the road. I will note, if you have nit-picky guests joining you, or several plus size people with you and expect to need the bathroom consistently on your stay, it may be a tight squeeze in the shower and the toilet is close to the wall, but this did not impact our stay in the slightest! Also, if you plan to grill after sunset, be sure to bring a headlamp or flashlight because there is no light over the deck in the back - just on the side of the home. But this is great for seeing stars at night! Lastly, if you’ve never been to Wisconsin, there are strict laws around timing of alcohol sales, so don’t wait until late. Most of all, just enjoy the area! We absolutely did

Great Trip!

Such a beautiful, cozy cottage. We enjoyed our stay, the host was very responsive. Plenty of parking, close proximity to the lake. We loved the parks around the association, especially volleyball and the new pickleball courts.

So much room in Assembly Park - Lake Delavan

We loved our week long stay here! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 (Kids 11, 8, 4) and even had my Mom and brother visit for a night from IL. The location is perfect, tons of parking. Games for the kids / family, internet, TV, A/C! We would come back again!

We were in Delavan for a family reunion and needed sleeping arrangements since most of our time was spent at a family member's home. We are not lake or cabin people so I needed to look at it through that lens for any expectations. Thankfully while we were there, the humidity didn't start until the end of the trip so the window air conditions could keep up running at all times. The kitchen had plenty of room but we only cooked breakfast there. The living room and dinning area were nice for hanging out since we had two small grandchildren with us. It was very convenient for us since we could walk to our family's home. It meet our needs since a hotel would not have allowed us the opportunity to have plenty of space to hang, spread out, and also have space for food, milk and snacks for the children. Easy to check in and leave-thank you!

Great Lake property in an excellent park highly recommend!! Nice cottage with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Comfortably sleeps 3-6 people! a/c. Nice 4 car driveway. Good size kitchen. Stand up shower. Good card playing and game table. Nice clean leather couches and recliner. Big TV. WiFi. Great easy communication with Art. He was great!! Highly recommend!!

The Perfect Lake Cottage

Wonderful for Families

This place was perfect for my family to stay. The 2 parks just down the street we’re perfect for my kids aged 7, 5, and 3. The view of the lake was wonderful and the neighborhood was quiet and everyone very friendly. The house had plenty of room for hanging out, enjoying a conversation and drink on the deck, and the rooms were small, but just right for sleeping. My only con would be that there wasn’t any extra toilet paper and no paper towels. I’m sure Art would have resolved these things quickly, but we weren’t there long enough to even mention it to him. He was fast in his response to all questions, so I have no reason to believe he wouldn’t have been with this one! I would definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance. We want to come back and utilize the lake next time!

Cottage Getaway

This cottage is in a wonderful family vacation community, a short walk from the lake. Nice space to spend with the family indoors or on the deck. Cookware was somewhat lacking- bring your own if you need cookie sheets, pots/pans, or other bakeware. Grill is older, with plenty of propane.

Cozy cottage in great location!

Perfect for 3 ladies to relax and unwind. Lake Geneva 20 minutes away. Found some neighborhood gem restaurants in Delevan. This cottage is located in a private association and you feel like you've arrived in a blast from the past with a quite neighborhood on Lake Delevan. Owner is great with communication.

Amazing cottage near the lake!

We had an amazing time! The cottage was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. We had 7 guest and all had plenty of space. Art was incredibly responsive if we needed anything at all. We cannot wait to go back!
