Detached one-level maisonette next to the beach and the cafes of Koum Kapi. Five minute walk to the famous Venetian harbor of Chania, the central Market and the shops. Old building, recently partially renovated and with new furniture and electrical appliances. The ladder is steeply inclined and requires attention and the bathroom is new but small.

Nice little place

The place is very tastefully done up with a lot of charm. The waterfront and the old town are walking distance. Would definitely like to come back to this place.

Hidden Gem

This is a small but very modern unit with everything you need, ideal for single or couple. Close to beach, restaurants & bars, with mini marts & supermarkets within walking distance. The hosts were marvellous as were cleaners, nothing too difficult. The centre of Chania is very close. Extremely comfortable & affordable. Area is fairly quiet. This provides a unique opportunity to enjoy a perfect stay.I would recommend this property without hesitation.

Leider wurde mir das reservierte Objekt nicht vermietet sondern eine andere Wohnung in der Nähe. Ich habe aus verschiedenen Gründen nach 5 Tagen was anderes auf eigene Kosten gesucht. Positiv war der nette Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, obwoh ich vorab gerne die Wahl gehabt hätte und nicht einfach woanders untergebracht worden wäre. Diese Wohnung hätte ich niemals ausgesucht

My family and i try to keep the traditional character to our properties and to ourselves since we are born and raised in Chania. We pay a lot of attention to detail, all our properties are renovated with respect to the building's history and architecture.

Our main goal is to help our guests experience the genuine Cretan lifestyle, culture and hospitality. We treat our guests as friends and we always do our best to make their stay in Chania a unique experience.

My wife is a school teacher and we have 4 kids, 3 boys and a girl.

I have a MSC in computer engineering and my main occupation is software analyst developer.

Why they chose this property

You will really enjoy the property’s location, the area is called “Koum Kapi”, there is a swimmable beach at 50 meters distance and it is a few minutes walk from Chania center, the famous Venetian Old Port as well as many cafeterias and restaurants.

The area of Koum Kapi has the privilege of providing a swimmable beach and it is at a walking distance from the Chania center, Chania Old city, the Venetian Port and all the other Chania city sights. Along the beach there are many high quality cafeterias and restaurants with local cuisine that are open every day from early in the morning until late in the night. Parking is also available at several streets of the area as well as at nearby parking lots.
