Comfortable apartment on the first floor in a historic building in the center of Locorotondo, recently renovated, equipped with all the comforts of a modern home while preserving the traditional architecture and the ancient atmosphere of the place.
We are in the center of the beautiful city of Locorotondo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, it is located within walking distance of restaurants, pizzerias and bars among the best in the city.
You can leave your car in the parking lot 5 minutes walk from the house, and let yourself be transported into this dimension of relaxation and calm, to fully enjoy your short or long vacation that may be.

Great apartment, great location

The apartment was perfectly located in one of the nicest towns we experienced during our stay. It was clean and comfortable, and Vincenzo, the property manager was outstanding, both helpful and friendly.

Amazing, in the action, Christmas stay

Amazing stay. We were right in the action of old town Locorotondo. Easy check-in. Great location to the ample restaurants...all within walking distance thtough the picturesque alleys. The caretaker was very thoughtful and caring to make sure our stay was comfortable.

The balcony view was right in the midst of the old town and very charming.. there was a beautiful park with a stunning view across a valley across the street. Many restaurants. The apartment is beautiful.

You’ll make the tourists jealous!!!

Perfectly situated in centro storico, Vincenzo was the perfect host who helped us solve all of our problems. The lovely balcony made it a joy to come back to and it was often photographed by others. Worth every penny and more!!

Incredible location in the heart of an enchanting hilltop village. Steps away from so many fun places to explore. Much potential here, but too many missteps. Cold water, no heat control, no reliable TV channels, no information offered… even asked the host where I could find a laundry and she said check with the tourist office (which after two days could not locate).

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Maison propre, grande et remarquable d originalité et de style dans un village pittoresque et romantique au milieu de la ville. Attention cependant au parking distant de 200 m ( jour de marché le vendredi ) qui nous a valu une mise en fourrière
