Can Pere Xine is a charming, fully renovated rustic Mallorcan house located in S'Alqueria Blanca. It is ideal for families and couples. The property features three bedrooms, two of which have an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room, a dining area, a kitchen, one of the double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are the two remaining double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

Perfect villa for family of 5 with 3 teens

Lovely pool, spacious and charming traditional Mallorca villa which was perfect for our 3 teens and us. The villa is quiet and private and surrounded by almond trees and fields but with quick and easy access by car to all the Cali of SE Mallorca, Santanyì and Porto Colon. Cala Montrago is less than 3k away. I think there is an option of a private chef but we didn’t use it as we went out most evenings or barbecued. The swimming pool was beautiful and suitable for both swimming and teen pool games and it was a lovely touch to have a decent proper hair dryer in each bedroom, a double bed, not 2 singles, in the master bedroom and a nespresso machine and moka. Margarita was very helpful before and during our stay - there was a lovely welcome parcel of food and drink for us when we arrived late in the evening and she very quickly sorted a small issue we had with air-con. Nothing was too much trouble. Really lovely experience and we would thoroughly recommend.

Relaxing country view hideaway

Wonderful and well equipped finca close to Cala Mondrago. Great for a walk or a jog to the beach to enjoy sunrise or sunset. The finca has all you need ncluding a wonderful and well cared pool (not heated). The whole family enjoyed the stay.

Impecable, excelente estado de todas las instalaciones, y rápida respuesta ante el menor detalle ( un mando sin pilas, un grifo medio obstruido). Todo solucionado inmediatamente. Un 10.

Relaxing holiday home

The property has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The interactions during COVID were all managed professionally and the property had been cleaned extremely well before our arrival. Everything in the property was as described and the location is perfect for exploring the local area and beaches which are a short distance away. I also hired a bike and was able to explore some of the off road tracks locally. Communication with Margarita were all perfect and very timely. Overall a very enjouable stay and would recommend this property and experience.

Fantastic Family holiday - 12 day stay 23rdJuly - 3rd Aug 2019

Wow - we love it was our first impression and it stayed right through our stay. The property is better than the photographs online. We are a family of 5 , 2 adults and 3 teenagers and found the property suited all our requirements. Three great bedrooms , two with modern en-suite and one with a modern shower room next door, which we classed as that bedrooms en-suite. Great kitchen and dining room and lounge. Outside there is a fantastic large swimming pool and large patio area . The sun shade provides a welcome area by the pool to lounge. Also outside is a lovely BBQ and dining area , this building has a shower room and toilet within it and we found it very convenient when using the pool. WiFi is good with a strong signal throughout the house and outside by the swimming pool area. The house is situated in the country and is a real away from it all retreat, that said if you have a car/scooter/ bicycle then there are plenty of attractions / shops just a short ride/ drive away. Communication with Margarita was easy and prompt through the home away app. Margarita met us on the first day at the property and then left us to enjoy our stay, she was warm and genuine and really wanted us to enjoy our stay. The cleaning team and pool man did a great job at keeping the villa and pool nice and clean. We really enjoyed the holiday at the villa and all of us had a really relaxing stay. - Thank you. The villa is mix of old and modern, it is clean , uncluttered and has every thing you need to make it home from home, there were even hair dryers available. There is air conditioning to all the bedrooms. Did I mention it has electric gates! Would we recommend it.?.....definitely. Would we stay there again ?.......Yes. Tips - some of the roads are narrow in the country so slowly does it in the car and finding a passing place for other traffic can be a little tricky sometimes. There is a fantastic beach - Mondrago, near by, literally less than 5 mins drive or 30 mins walk from the villa. Portoperto and Cala d’or are less than 15 mins away by car and well worth a visit. El Campo restaurant nearby well worth a visit. There is a horse riding centre ,Rancho Jaume , about 2mins from the villa if you like horses. There is a really handy recycling station about a mile from the villa, you will past it enroute to Mondrago beach. Thank you - Margarita!

Relaxing, Quiet Retreat

This property is excellent. Quiet, relaxing and and in a great part of Mallorca. The property was cleaned twice a week. Amazing service. We had a great time and the local village has 2 great restaurants and the local town has an excellent market twice a week and some excellent restaurants. Very spoilt. Thank you Margerita for being a great host.
