The property was excellent for our family of 4!Two boys, one (17) and one (13). Kathy was great to work with. If anything came up, she was quick to respond and address the issue.

Very well equipped house just need a couple of improvements like new houses and water connections on front of the house for washing the boat trailer , in general is a great place and location.

We enjoyed our stay. Kathy was great to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had. She even worked with us on having a later checkout as our flight didn’t leave till later.

We loved our stay at Twin Dolphin! Very convenient location. We had daily visits by manatees in the canal. House was very nicely decorated with an island feel and very clean.

We had an amazing time and would definitely come back! Caught some fish off the dock and saw manatee and tarpon daily. The kayaks were handy for a trip around Boot Key and surrounding mangroves. The owner was super responsive to our every little thing! The place was well decorated with quality furniture/beds/pillows and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The house was incredibly clean (one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at), convenient to stores, boat rental, beach, etc. only thing I would change would be a longer stay!

Twin Dolphin is exactly as shown in the pictures. Very, very clean and everything worked perfectly. A wonderful place to stay.....forever.

This property has the raised the bar for vacation rentals. It was exactly as advertised, very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Due to its location, it is very quiet and peaceful. We barley saw another human in the area while lounging under the Tiki hut. To be honest, we saw more manatees and iguanas. The swim spa was amazing and easy to operate. Communication with the host was excellent. All other VRBO's from now on will be measured against The Twin Dolphin. And I will be returning next year.

Great family place!

Clean,perfect size,comfortable beds, everything you need really! Our kids enjoyed the jetted pool and kayaks a lot! We loved eating outside with the covered table and great grill!

It was amazing! It felt like home away from home. It was our first time staying in Marathon and the location was perfect. We rented a boat and having dock space was a must. One of the main reasons we stayed here were the 10/10 reviews…and it didn’t disappoint!

Very comfortable house in good location. Nice, private yard. The kitchen had everything we needed. We ate dinner under the tiki almost every night. Kayaks were nice to have on the canal but the seats were missing, so not good for any extended paddling.

Oasis in the Keys

Property was lovely, in is great location. We used the kayaks and swim spa daily, and walked to local restaurants.

Perfect vacation

This home has the best location to sit back and relax or boat out to your favorite fishing spot. Great access to either the Atlantic, gulf or Sombrero beach. Definitely our favorite location to stay in Marathon!
