Fully stocked kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and ample seating for up to 6 guests.
Spacious island with 6 comfy stools – the perfect spot to share stories after a day of snorkeling or fishing. Cozy living room with plenty of seating, a Smart TV, and basic cable for movie nights. Screened-in porch overlooking the pool, backyard, and canal – enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails with a view. Coffee lovers rejoice! We offer a Keurig drip coffee maker and pods along with an espresso machine for your perfect morning brew.

Sleep in Style

Master Bedroom – One of the comfiest beds on the island, featuring soft, luxurious sheets, a dresser, Smart TV, and a stunning en suite shower. Guest Bedroom – Queen bed with a full-size trundle, Smart TV, and a nearby full bath with tub/shower.

Outdoor Fun & Adventure

Private pool & backyard oasis with plenty of seating and lounging areas. Kayaks included! Explore the mangroves with our single and tandem kayaks and discover horseshoe crabs and other marine life. Dock accommodates boats up to 70 feet – bring your bumpers and enjoy easy Gulf access! Ample parking – Carport fits up to 3 vehicles and a boat trailer (please respect property lines). 500 lb. ice machine under the outdoor steps – perfect for drinks and fishing. An enclosed bait freezer, pool toys, snorkel equipment and 2 kayaks for your entertainment.

This house was beautiful! Great location right on the canal for fishing and wildlife watching - a sea turtle swam by twice during our stay! Michelle was wonderful to work with and answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. Cannot wait to book again!

Great place!

The house is very nice! The house is nicely located to lots of restaurants and within a reasonable driving distance to other towns. We really enjoyed the pool, kayaks, screened-in porch and games the house had to offer. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and addressed any concerns quickly.

Amazing Stay!

House was very clean and updated really nicely. It accommodated my parents, wife, daughter and I perfectly. The pool was perfect size, warm and very relaxing. If you bring your boat, there is a boat launch a mile down the street and the seawall at the house was great for docking. This was extremely convenient. The ice machine downstairs was also super convenient and helpful. The property manager Michelle was outstanding! Gave great advice and was super accommodating. We will hopefully be back again!

Nice place!

We had a great week at Michelle’s place in Marathon, FL. The house is super clean, and Michelle does a great job communicating throughout the process. The week was super hot so the pool was a big plus as well as the ice machine to keep drinks and bait cold while boating. We saw manatee our first day there in the canal. And twice, we saw a sea turtle, which was awesome! The extra little touches in the house when we arrived were appreciated. You won’t go wrong booking this home. It is central to everything in Marathon!

We got lucky

3 days before the week of mini season began, this listing popped up and we went for it. It was a recent remodel and new to the rental market house. House was perfect. Situated bayside between Vaca and 7mile. A few blocks from the airport ramp for an easy in and out. Everything is new or newly redone. Michelle the property manager is east to work with. Would definitely recommend it. We have a 27 Ocean Master with a bracket and it was easy to turn in the canal.

A wonderful week in March!

This home was great for our family of 4's first trip to the Florida Keys in mid March. The location is convenient to everything, the furnishings and appliances are updated and nice, the home is clean, and the heated pool and water toys are great fun. We rented a 23 ft boat for the week and kept it at the home's canal dock. The boat rental company trailered the boat to the Aviation Blvd boat ramp just down the street and we met them there, which was very convenient. The home's ice machine came in very handy for boat outings and fyi they sell frozen fishing bait at Winn Dixie, which is just a 5 minute drive away. I zipped over there every day as we decided what we wanted to cook for supper. We also fished off the dock and paddled around with the provided kayaks. We drove to Key West one day to see all the sites. If you like historical sites, visit Fort Zachary Taylor! My daughter and I also really enjoyed touring the Turtle Hospital on Marathon. Sweet Savannah's dessert shop is great, too! It was a wonderful week with many memories made. This home is well maintained with thoughtful amenities. I definitely recommend it.

Amazing

I booked this property for a week and literally couldn't have been happier with it. The house is exactly, if not better, then what we expected. We had 6 of us and never felt like we were on top of each other. The cleanliness of the house and property were amazing. My daughter even said that she felt that she could "eat off the floors" because it was so clean. The pool was a perfect size and great from when we just wanted to chill at the house for the day. We rented a boat for a few days and loved that we could dock it out front and come and go for the day and even for sunset cruises. The rooms were perfect sizes and we loved that we all had our own bathroom. Michelle, the property manager, is amazing. Her communication from start to finish was great. The property is in a perfect location and great for evening walks in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this property and we will for sure be renting again.

Perfect Getaway!

Property is beautifully kept and so clean, well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, arrival soaps, laundry detergent, etc. The pool and pool area are well taken care of as well as the sea wall for docking a boat and using the supplied kayaks. We loved that the carport closet is stocked with pool floats, beach chairs, a deep freeze for fish/bait and snorkeling gear. The excitement over the ice machine is something a fishing enthusiast can appreciate! The downstairs private bedroom was perfect for our 20 year old daughter to have privacy from the teen boys. We had plenty of space for everyone to gather upstairs for movies, eating and puzzles. The screened porch was used a lot during the evening/night to avoid the bugs! High end appliances made cooking and laundry a breeze. The air fry setting on the oven came in handy for the fish we caught. Our rental boat was a breeze tied up just steps away and the fish cleaning station and water hose for washing down are also handy. Friendly neighbors helped with a boat battery issue as well. We will be back to enjoy this slice of quiet paradise again!
