Enjoy our loft by the sea in beautiful Ormond by the Sea. Large 2nd story across the street from the beach with a public walkway. All brand new appliances, kitchen , and bathroom. Includes a washer and dryer. Do not be deterred by the one bathroom. We have made it so every room has a "make up station". I have traveled plenty of times with multiple people and know the importance of having plenty of room to get ready! After a day on the beach you can relax on the upper deck with your favorite cocktail while enjoying the Ocean views. In the morning you will capture some extremely beautiful sunrises and as the day winds down you will be in awe of the incredible sunsets! You are steps from shopping and restaurants. Lenny's New York Pizza is a must! Publix supermarket and plaza right there. A short 6 mile drive south gets you to world famous Daytona beach and Main Street. An 8 mile drive north will get you to Flagler Beach. St. Augustine is just north of there.
This 2 bedroom 1200 sq. ft. loft has a king and a rollaway cot in the master and a queen and futon in the other. There is a pull out sofa in living room. The pullout couch, futon and rollaway cot have memory foam to make it very comfortable! No one wants a cot to sleep on, but I've made it so comfortable they'll be fighting over it! Lots of parking for trailer, boats, motorcycles, motorhomes, big rigs...
You will enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails on the large deck while watching the sunset on the sea.
I have little extras in our Loft to make you feel more at home. Our mission is to make a space for our guests that is cozy and welcoming with the little special touches. We created a space that is inviting and a place we would want to stay on a vacation.
We now have exterior cameras to monitor the exterior of the Loft. The hallway, parking lot out back and back lot. It does not monitor the private deck to ensure you have your privacy. The Loft is equipped with fast Spectrum Wi-Fi. Internet speed 300mbps.
Please know that we do get you started with a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry soap and trash bags. We do not supply more than you need to get started. You may need more of these items so please plan accordingly. Thank you.

Karl and I have been married for 29 years and have 4 children . Three boys and a girl ages 27, 25, 22 and 16. Karl has his own auto repair business for over 25 years now. I have been fortunate to stay home and raise my kids. In December of 2017 we purchased this building and renovated the loft to make it a great little get away for people to stay. We put a lot of thought and work into it to make it as cozy and relaxing as possible with all the amenities of home. We are always open to advice and have added many things to the loft the guests have requested. Making The Loft the perfect place to stay!

We have lived in Ormond beach for almost 30 plus years. We moved here because of the beautiful , quaint town with a lot of old Florida history.The location and the beach is the perfect place to visit if you want to get away from it all. There is so much to do locally in just short trips north and south. Not to forget Disney World (a trip west) an hour and a half away. We are more than just a vacation rental! We made this rental with the comforts of home away from home. We have added some special extras that you will not find at a hotel or other properties. Our guests are our priority and we are available to help you plan your trip with suggestions and ideas to make your tip memorable. We are always available to help our guests at anytime. You will love it here!!
