Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place stairwell keys on the entry table
Leave beds unmade and pull linens from sleeper sofa and pull out trundle if used
Set thermostat as directed in condo
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Up to 1h late checkout without prior approval, will incur a late fee. If checking out 2h or more late, renter will be charged the daily rent fee.
No more than maximum occupants allowed in condo, no parties allowed and quiet time is10pm-8am
Condo luggage carts are not permitted inside the unit. Please load and unload from outside the entry door. Thank you.

Great family stay

The condo was well put together, stocked with everything we needed. With the trundle and pull out couch we fit with our four young kids very comfortably. The ocean view and short walk to the beach were perfect and just what we were hoping for, for this trip. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place for us. The location was great and the condo was in excellent condition. A little disappointed we couldn't enjoy the beach because of construction but that is not the owners fault. Besides, it was a little cold anyways.

The hostess was more than accommodating. Communication was excellent. The unit was very clean. Kitchen was small but beautifully updated and very well stocked with everything you need to cook. The ocean views from the balcony were amazing. Water pressure was great and plenty of hot water. We were there for 4 weeks in February. Went to several beach’s on A1A, Beverly, Flagler, Daytona and New Smyrna in addition to Cinnamon beach which is in front of unit. While in New Smyrna made a trip to Flagler avenue to shop, eat and check out the Mascot which is a rooster that runs around town. Apparently he and the chickens live in the woods next to one of the parking lots on Flagler. We ate several times at the Oceanside bar and grill right down the street and Rosa Villa. Shopped at Publix which is very close. We also walked to Lagerheads for afternoon drinks then come back to watch amazing sunsets from the west side of the building. Great trip!

Fantastic Condo, Fantastic Week!

My family (4 adults) really enjoyed Jack and Jen's updated condo in Ormond Beach. It was exceptionally clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for a relaxing, oceanfront stay. The hosts thought of everything and included very nice personal touches for my family. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean, updated and well stocked. We really enjoyed the residential area (not crowded) and pretty much had the beach to ourselves, in mid-July! We were also able to see two overnight rocket launches from the balcony. Ormond Beach (within 5-10 miles) has some excellent, casual restaurants. We had a lovely time and would love to return again in the future. A experience all around. We highly recommend! Thank you for having us!

Beautiful & Fresh

This has been a beautiful trip. A nice walk down to the beach. Water was a bit rough but the girls loved to play in the sand. The condo was clean, fresh feeling (we may have been one of the 1st families there it felt so new), great accommodations when it came to the kitchen & entertainment. There was some construction with building the sea wall/road back but it wasn’t intrusive or loud. I would totally rebook this place and come back. My girls enjoyed the living room. The bathrooms were beautiful, the towels were nice. The best part was the balcony and waking up to the beautiful sun beaming down on the ocean.

Fresh, clean, calm beachy vibe. We went to the store to cook during our stay and the kitchen had everything we needed and very nice cookware. Communication with host was amazing! Quiet in the evenings for relaxing. Beautiful view through big sliding doors and balcony to sit and listen to the waves. Close to places to eat and things to do.
