Huge Front Patio with larger table and chairs to enjoy eating and relaxing in the Sea air, extends the living space. Back yard has table and chairs, for outdoor dining. A great firepit, and charcoal grill. Renovated house, throughout! Fully equipped Kitchen, spices, dishwasher, separate charming Dining Room and Breakfast Bar. Plush mattresses on all beds, ceiling fans in every room and desk for business. Living Room L-Shaped Couch. Reliable Internet access and desk for office work. T.V. with Firestick, Stereo system with C.D.'s, that sits atop a working electric fireplace. Washer/Dryer. Up to 6 guests can enjoy the property. We have toys, books and games for kids. AGE REQUIREMENT FOR YOUNG ADULT GROUPS IS 26 AND UP, HOWEVER FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN, TEENS AND YOUNG ADULTS ARE WELCOME TO BOOK! Fully enclosed garage. Long driveway parking, as well as parking in front accommodating 2 cars or trailer. We offer beach chairs, towels, sunscreen & basic first aid items. Mom and daughter trip. Little did we know it would be some of the coldest temperatures ever in Florida during our stay. The electric fireplace in living room and central heat worked great to keep us warm. Too cold for beach so we found great places nearby to eat, shopped, played games and read. There is a Publix very close and we made dinner one night. This place is great and very roomy. The shower is big with hot water and good water pressure. The owner is great and quick with replies. So many necessities are supplied. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We felt very safe. We will be back when we can enjoy the beach.

Great long weekend at Ormond-by-the-Beach

We had a family weekend at Ormond-by-the-Sea and this property provided our family everything we needed. The distance to the beach was great and our family spent a lot of time enjoying all of the toys/gear provided to make our beach experience memorable. Would stay here again.

We are performers and we love the Beach. So we bought this house to be close to the beach and want others to enjoy it too! Marylin grew up in Wisconsin and David in Oklahoma. We live in Orlando and love Florida. We've lived here for over 20 years!

Why they chose this property

The wonderful thing about our location is that it's quiet and comfortable, with an easy going vibe. However, just a short 10 to 15 minute drive you have all the activities of Daytona Beach with the boardwalk, arcade, rides, more restaurants and live music. We love our neighborhood and the neighbors are friendly. It is a great place to vacation and enjoy the local restaurants, parks, beach and activities in Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach.

What makes this property unique

We love our big backyard that has outdoor table and chairs. It has a great firepit and small charcoal grill. You can hear the ocean and feel the great breeze. But just a short walk and you'll be enjoying our no drive beach!
