Everyone loves our gorgeous condo! A very short walk to El Paseo, in the heart of Palm Desert, close to the Town Center mall, shopping, theaters, golf, tennis, and the desert's best restaurants.
Available due to recent unexpected cancellation, This condo is available for the February, March and April high demand season!
This is a rare opportunity for you to book now.

Situated in the best premium location in the condo development, the area is extremely quiet, with breathtaking outstanding views and an expansive gorgeous pool, hot tub, manicured lawns and majestic South and Western mountains.

If you are serious about my condo, it is best to "Instant Book" to assure you get the property immediately!

This fully furnished unit has updates in kitchen and bathrooms including new cabinetry, appliances, counter tops and sinks. Bathrooms have new cabinetry, stone shower in master and glass enclosure in additional bath.

Sleeps up to 8 people, 4 adults and 4 children. Master bedroom is very spacious and has an additional third room that adjoins, which has 4 twin beds (2 new double bunk beds were recently added) where you can accommodate extra guests or use as an office with desk,
Master bath has plenty of room and a large closet for extra storage or hanging space. Living room and dining room shades open to sunny and bright full views of the wonderful outdoors and patio.

I, as owner, can be reached easily, and live only a mile from this property and can address any concerns promptly, and without delay.

Palm Desert Oasis

We had an incredible stay at this rental. It was very comfortable and we felt at home instantly. The location is perfect and walking distance to everything. The pool was our favourite spot and the views are breathtaking. Gene was very accommodating and always ready to help if needed. We had no issues and will definitely be booking again.

Great views and walk everywhere!

We’ve stayed for 2 months at Gene’s place for the last two years and have booked for next year! We never rent a car and can walk everywhere, including El Paseo and hiking trails. The king bed is super comfortable and I love the spacious master bath. We love the gorgeous views from the living room and patio.

Great location and views!

Loved our 2 month stay and will be back! Walking distance to everything including hiking trails which we took advantage of every day. The place is well equipped and the master bedroom and bath are spacious. Loved the extra room off the master for office space as we were doing some work. It then doubled as a guest room. We had some plumbing issues and Gene was super responsive in getting them sorted. The living room is very comfortable and has great views from it. The patio caught the afternoon sun and also had spectacular views.

Palm Desert condo

The owner couldn't have been easier to work with. He was very responsive to our request for a couple of things we needed and had the thermostat changed as soon as we pointed out the problem. New stove and washer/dryer and the owner said they are going to be changing a few more things. The condo is an easy 1/2mi walk to El Paseo. We recommend this place without hesitation.

Great view & location!

The view of the mountains is amazing! Great location. Walking distance to El Paseo and lots of shops and restaurants. Very well maintained community. The unit had everything we needed. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. We were here for two months and really enjoyed our time here. The owners were very nice and respond quickly to messages. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent condo!

I stayed here for a month with my boyfriend and had a wonderful time. The condo is spacious, homey, and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you'd possibly need, the beds are super comfortable, lots of room in the living room, excellent wifi, and the heated pool was usually empty so we felt like we had it to ourselves. The hosts are easy to reach and very helpful. They even forwarded my mail when it arrived after I left. It was a pleasure to stay here and I'd definitely stay again!

We very much enjoyed our time spent at this property. It was charming and very comfortable. Spacious with great patio and views. Steps to the pool. Gene was very accommodating and a great host! This property is highly recommended.

Location and views excellent

Gene is a great host with a wonderful property. Excellent mountain views across green lawns with a beautiful pool. Very convenient to El Paseo and great trail hiking. Loved it so much we extended our stay to 2+ months.

This is a lovely property with nice light and patio, delightful and helpful property owners, and a great location. It's a short walk to El Paseo shopping and restaurants, hiking trails including The Cross which is around the corner. Lovely mountain views and sunsets. Thank you!

Location, Views and Comfort!

We’ve been coming for 13 years and this one has one of the best views we’ve ever seen, and the large sunny, private, south facing patio is sublime! We were blown away by the proximity to el Paseo and hiking trails. After a few days we offered to buy the property (no luck!). The unit is well equipped and very comfortable, with reclining sofa and chairs, huge TV with great sound, and a newer kitchen and en-suite. You won’t be disappointed!

Great location close to everything

We loved the condo,clean and well appointed. The grounds are beautiful and the pool and hot tub are awesome. The location is within walking distance of El paseo shopping and dining, we will difinitly go back next year

Very clean, comfortable, inviting place with great pool access

Gene was a wonderful host. The condo is very inviting and comfortable and feels like home. The place is very clean and stocked nicely with supplies. A nice added touch was the large supply of pool towels and rafts. The association pool is right in the backyard and empty. We had the pool to ourselves every time, so it was like having a private pool. This is a great location for Music Festivals. Parking here is awesome.

Great location and lovely view

We really enjoyed staying at Gene’s condo. The area is very safe and the neighbors were so friendly! We loved the nice warm pool and being so close to everything. The condo itself could use a bit of updating and sprucing up- there is a lot of extra “junk” stored in all the drawers and cabinets that should probably just be thrown out. But we had a thoroughly lovely time and would recommend this spot. Gene was very helpful any time we had even the smallest issue

Location was perfect...

Even though January and February were unusually cold and rainy, we still enjoyed our stay. The views from the condo are fabulous and the location is close to everything we wanted to do. You can easily walk to the hiking trails (which are pet friendly), El Paseo art galleries, local shopping, farmer's markets, etc., etc. The condo held everything we needed -- or even thought we might need. The furnishing were comfortable the bed provided a good-night's sleep. For us, there a few too many knick-knacks which we had to stowe away to make room for our personal things, but Gene and ChaCha were perfect hosts and always there if we needed them. We look forward to our return.

Very comfortable property - great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is clean and well stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable vacation. Very quiet - lovely pool. The beds / linens and towels were soft and comfy. The owner was quick to respond to all questions. We had a really great time - room enough for several.

Very convenient location with short walking distance to El Paseo shopping and restaurants. Beautiful view from patio, complete with hummingbirds! So nice to hang out in. Some confusion about length of stay and association rules. Ample space with very convenient updated kitchen, lovely walk in shower. Adequate beds. Beautiful pool within steps of our door.

A Must-Stay When Nearby

This property is more than just a place to sleep, it's a home! Gene was incredibly fast in responding to any questions I had, as well as making sure I was all set for the trip. I received a call prior to my trip with recommendations of places to go, convenient luxuries offered within the condo, as well as a little bit of a background on both Gene and myself. This made me feel extremely welcomed into this nice home and more excited for the trip. The condo itself was just as welcoming as Gene. Finding the location was simple and upon our arrival we were all excited at the location. From a large interior, background pool, and spacious bedrooms the entire condo felt exciting to return to. We all even agreed that this is the nicest location we've ever stayed at (and we've traveled to plenty of cities/countries!). The kitchen was fully stocked on spices/utensils, the view and backyard pool was welcoming, two large bathrooms, multiple beds, and best of all touches of decorations around the house that made the stay feel more personal/welcoming. If you find yourself within the area, I highly recommend this stay. Gene will make you feel welcome, the close proximity to local areas is highly helpful, and the condo itself will have everything you need to feel at home. I definitely will be looking for Gene's listing next time I find myself traveling!
