INDOORS
The bright and spacious living room features an open floor plan that connects seamlessly with the dining room, which includes a table that seats six adults. The living room is equipped with a 65-inch smart TV and offers beautiful views of the golf course. The updated kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation, including stainless steel appliances and easy access to the dining room. Additionally, located off the hallway is a small office space, ideal for those who may need to work while away. The property features air conditioning and mini split units in all the bedrooms and the living room, which you may set to your desired temperature. The property features parking for two cars in the garage, additional parking in a driveway, and a full-size washer and dryer.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main bedroom features a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, a 50-inch TV with cable service, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower-tub combo. The guest bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a 42-inch TV, a large closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower-tub combo. The third bedroom is located in the Casita, which includes a queen-sized bed, a 50-inch TV, a large closet, and access to the back patio. The ensuite bathroom in the Casita features a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

OUTDOORS
The back patio is situated on 5th hole, and features a dining table that seats six, situated under a patio cover, as well as chaise lounges for sunbathing. There is a fire feature that accommodates four people for cooler evenings. Additionally, the outdoor kitchen is available for guest use. This charming property is located in Portola Country Club, which features an 18-hole par-3 golf course for a small fee, community pools as well as pickleball and tennis courts.

CLUB ACTIVITIES
Guests are invited to take part in a wide range of community activities available throughout the month. The vibrant calendar includes popular favorites such as Bingo, Bocce, Card Bingo, Chair Aerobics, Water Aerobics, Mahjong, Wii Games, and Theater Group gatherings. Close enough to walk to the famous Palm Desert Street Fair. 2 miles away from world-class shopping and restaurants on El Paseo, the Rodeo Drive of the desert. 20 minutes from the Palm Springs Airport. Centrally located for all of the offerings of the Coachella Valley. Just pack your sunscreen, and we will provide the sunshine!
An exterior entry security camera is present. It is not monitored and is only utilized when the home is vacant.
PET POLICY
We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
