Terraced house, located in Loc. Maristella, in the bay of Porto Conte, about 12 km from Alghero, immersed in the tranquility of the nature of the Porto Conte park.
Composed of 4 bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms and three triples.
On three levels, living area, cpn sofa bed, sleeping area with three bedrooms and attic with 1 bedroom.
Outside, in the garden there is a swimming pool of mt. 6.5 x 2.
The house is air-conditioned, with wi-fi internet, televisions in all rooms and a washing machine.
