Welcome to this beautiful rustic villa for 2-4 people on the outskirts of Búger.
This wonderful villa has a beautiful and cosy Mallorcan stone construction - surrounded by fields and green artificial lawn in front of it -, being the real protagonist. The terrace, covered with a large stand with heather, is simply perfect for your outdoor barbecues after spending the morning sunbathing on the two sun loungers and swimming in the chlorine toy pool, - of 6 x3 m and a depth of 1.32 m -. The plot is fenced and there are neighbours.

Pure modernity and comfort, indoors there is a beautiful living-kitchen-dining room, where you can cook your best recipes on the island with ceramic hob, taste them in such a comfortable round dining table and, then, watch satellite TV or read a book in the armchairs. The laundry area has washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There is also a bathroom with shower and one double-bed dormitory. In case you are two more persons, then we can prepare you the sofabed in the living room and a cot as well as a high-chair for a baby. Likewise, there is ducted air-conditioning all over the house.

Búger, at 1.6 km from the property, is a village that features authentic Mallorcan costums and character, ideal to discover the essence of the island. In the centre, you will find the grocery store and some bars as well as restaurants. For any other services, you can go to Sa Pobla. The nearest beach is the paradisiacal beach of Puerto de Alcúdia, at about 15.5 km.

The pool is available from May 1st to October 31st.

Kleine Finca ideal für zwei Personen in ruhiger Lage

Positiv war insbesondere der Check-in der bereits vorab online durchgeführt wurde und die Schlüsselübergabe mittels Schlüsselkasten. Die direkte Umgebung war sehr ruhig. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren allerdings an zwei Tagen Arbeiten auf dem Grundstück im Gange, die vorher nicht angekündigt waren. Man wundert sich schon wenn plötzlich ein fremder auf dem Hof steht und „Krach“ macht.

La casa è una vera meraviglia. Situata in un posto immerso nella natura, gode di una tranquillità unica. Il complesso della villa molto pulita, sia internamente: lenzuola, ambienti, asciugamani… che esternamente tutto molto curato. Tutti gli elettrodomestici funzionanti perfettamente e recenti. Usufruito anche del dehor con bbq.. veramente bello. Bisogna essere auto muniti, perché a piedi si può fare una passeggiata nella natura, ma distante dalla parte urbana. La comunicazione è efficiente e i tempi di risposta veramente rapidi. La villa è gestita da una compagnia immobiliare, competente. Dovessi tornare sull’isola non avrei dubbi su dove soggiornare nuovamente. Complimenti una dimora da sogno.

Séjour merveilleux dans ce logement haut-de-gamme, situé dans un petit village paisible de Majorque La localisation est parfaite pour découvrir tous les coins de l’île dans un rayon et en un temps raisonnable. La piscine est un vrai plus! Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire, instructions claires pour les procédures d’arrivée et de départ. Hautement recommandé.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten uns dort gut entspannen. Die Lage und das Gebäude entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen bzw. hat sie sogar übertroffen. Es wurden schöne bauliche Details umgesetzt, was mein Architekten- und Schreinerherz höher schlagen ließ. Die Lage ist optimal um Ausflüge in alle Richtungen zu unternehmen, aber man kann auch ohne Probleme Zeit in der Unterkunft verbringen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Philine & Pascal

Le logement est situé à la campagne au calme. Il correspond à la description faite sur l’annonce. Il est parfait pour deux. Le gros plus c’est la terrasse et la cuisine extérieure. Les autres atouts sont également la machine à laver et le sèche linge mis à disposition. Aha Néanmoins, contrairement aux photos il est assez moins lumineux à l’intérieur, manque de luminosité. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas eu la chance de profiter pleinement de la piscine au vue des températures mais elle suffit largement ! Petit bémol, les moustiques … L’adresse donnée n’est pas totalement exacte, bien se renseigner en amont pour trouver le logement. Sinon un séjour super, une maison pour prendre un grand bol d’air frais à la campagne :) on recommande !

Tolles Anwesen!

Wunderschönes Haus mit freundlichem und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber. Gute Lage, ein Auto oder Fahrrad ist allerdings notwendig. Top-Sauberkeit, bei offener Tür kommen aber kleine Insekten und Eidechsen ins Haus. Darauf wird man hingewiesen und lässt die Türen dann eben geschlossen. :) Insgesamt alles bestens, voll ausgestattete Küche und 4 Betten!

Das Haus und die Terrasse ist eigentlich ganz schön. Das Haus ist innen relativ dunkel, was im Hochsommer ein Vorteil ist. Da es bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr heiß war, haben wir die (sehr leise) Klimaanlage sehr genossen. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein, so dass man links und rechts nicht mehr viel Platz hat. Das Bett war aber sehr bequem. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Kühlschrank funktionierte super und war groß genug um auch viele Getränke zu kühlen. DIe Terrasse ist groß und mit den Liegen und Beistelltisch gut ausgestattet. Die Sitzgelegenheit, die fest an den Tischen montiert ist, ist weniger bequem. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und eingezäunt, die Pflanzen an der Terrasse sehr gepflegt und es gibt einen tollen Zitronenbaum. Die Beleuchtung des Grundstücks und Terrasse war gut und durchdacht. Auf der Rückseite des Hauses hat man einen schönen Blick auf Buger und die Kirche von Buger. In der Nachbarschaft ist ein Sportplatz mit Freibad, der auch in den Abendstunden genutzt wurde. Uns hat es weniger gestört. Die Kommunikation mit homerti war sehr gut und schnell.

We had an amazing time in this little Finca: Modern yet cozy home with a well equipped kitchen, spacious living area and a nice bathroom. The lot is very spacious, with a large enough pool for a cooldown on hot summer days (including an outdoor shower) and the neighbours far enough away to not disturb your privacy at all. The finca is located at the bottom of the hill of Bugér, a small and very quiet town. The beaches of Alcudia (Playa de Muro) are just a 20 minutes drive away and easy to get to and there are a few stores close by to go grocery shopping (10 minutes by car). If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy your privacy far away from the crowded beaches of Palma, this is definitely where you need to go. We most certainly will be back! Or as you'd say in Spanish: Seguro que volveremos! Muchas gracias por todo!

We spent an amazing week in this beautiful house in Buger. The place in equipped nicely for all needs, the house, surroundings and the pool area are clean and well maintained. It is a great location for kids with a massive backyard (fenced in), plenty of a space in the house and fig and lemon trees to eat from ;-) the area is very quiet and peaceful, the cute little town of Buger reacheable on foot within 15mins. Due to the fact that the highway is close by, all of Mallorca is easy within reach: 20mins to the closest beach in Alcudia, around 40mins to Palma etc. Check-in and communication was fast and simple! Overall a great experience!

We had a wonderful week in this finca. This place has everything what you need: A well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, nice bathroom & shower, refreshing pool and a really calm and relaxing surrounding. You can find almost everything within half an hour drive (supermarket, beach, restaurants, hikes). The communication with Homerti was as easy as it can be which made the check-in & -out process very uncomplicated. We will definitely try to come back.
