Apartment in a farmhouse between Terracina and Sperlonga

The apartment is located in a stone farmhouse about 2 km from the sea, in Via Chiancarelle, in the countryside of Borgo Sant’Antonio, 4 km from Terracina and 10 km from Sperlonga.
The house is on the ground floor with a well-kept garden, a large patio covered with a canopy and a pergola, equipped with tables and wooden garden chairs.
The interior is about 40 square meters divided into a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a single bed and a half, a bathroom with a toilet and a small bathtub.
Outside, on the opposite side to the entrance, there is another bedroom with a sofa bed, which opens with two separate beds, and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet and washing machine, not inside the room, with access from the garden where it is located also another outdoor shower with hot water.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchenette, fridge and with all the dishes and in the communal garden there is an area with table and chairs near the wood-burning oven.
Behind the farmhouse, in a very quiet position, there is the Fondi lake, and at 200m a farm that offers horse riding and riding lessons.
The beautiful beaches from Terracina to Sperlonga, the nearest one is at Salto di Fondi, offer both sections with establishments and free beaches.
From Rome it is about 150 km and you can reach it by car, 1 hour and 45 minutes between highway and state road, or by train, 1 hour from Termini to the station of Monte San Biagio.
The car is still necessary to get around, even if shops, bars, restaurants and beaches can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (two bicycles are available for guests).
