We discovered this incredible 170 m² property at the end of a small cul-de-sac, with air conditioning and furnished with great charm.



Upon entering the gardens, the visitor is immersed in a serene and relaxing environment, composed of carefully decorated small corners. An idyllic atmosphere, well-crafted with sun loungers, garden furniture, comfortable benches adorned with cushions in arabesque patterns, or dining areas, all surrounded by privacy. In the center of the relaxation areas, there is a beautiful rectangular pool measuring 7.5m x 3.5m, surrounded by a terrace.



A subtle blend of Arab and Mediterranean decor dominates both the exterior and interior of the property. The terraces reveal many little secrets, such as the beautiful gleaming colors of ceramic, flowering Mediterranean shrubs, a small shed, a beautiful palm tree, and more.
