The cottage has a lovely sunny patio garden with raised deck area for eating al fresco. There is a table and chairs with an umbrella and a garden seat on the patio. The garden is in the sun for almost all of the day.

For cyclists and yachters there is a separate entrance which is a covered walk through to the rear of the house. It is perfect for storing all you outside equipment safely and keeping it all dry. There is a clothes line in this area for any wet weather gear.

The cottage itself is a Tardis and is much larger inside than you would imagine. There is a lounge, dining area, kitchen, conservatory and a summer breakfast room leading off from the kitchen. The cottage is very warm and cosy but has a lot of living space. We have tried to offer our clients all the comforts of home and think of everything you might need to enjoy your time.
Local owners on hand to offer assistance if required.

Property has a separate locked side entrance that is fully enclosed and suitable for storing bikes, boating gear etc.

Very close to town centre and a car is not necessary.

Great location and bonus of own parking space within view of the property. Well equipped and comfortable. Having a second shower room was useful as was the downstairs toilet. There is road noise but it does ease off in the evening and wasn’t an issue. Stairs are steep and narrow but there are handrails and it wasn’t a problem.

Easter holiday weekend

Loved it here, stayed with daughter and partner, position excellent, close to shops and quay. Very spacious as well, had two shower/ toilets upstairs as well as a toilet downstairs plus a conservatory and outdoor garden, very comfortable and clean.

Perfect place in Lymington

Very enjoyable stay. Great attention to the details even nice fans in the bedrooms much needed in our stay during hot weather in June. Great modern facilities, very comfortable in all respects, just Book It.

Lovely property

Really enjoyed this property very spacious with a lovely conservatory and outside space. All rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped with crockery cutlery glasses etc. A very well cared for house and very clean.

Excellent location

Brilliant location, only a short walk to the town, quay and station. Lovely outside space (bigger than it looks in the photos) and lots of downstairs space including a conservatory that we loved! Owner was really helpful from pre-booking to post arrival and answered queries very quickly.

We had a lovely stay. The property is beautiful, very well equipped, and spacious enough for everyone. It was also spotlessly clean.Those with mobility issues should take care on the stairs, as they are quite narrow and steep. The only real frustration was the lack of a blind or net in the main bathroom — while I could see out, it did feel as though others might be able to see in. We worked around this by using the en-suite instead.We did find the bed in the en-suite room a little too soft, offering less back support than we’d have liked, but I slept in another room and was perfectly comfortable there.Overall, it’s a great property in a fantastic location, with a responsive and helpful host who kindly allowed us to check in early — much appreciated!

Home from home

Everything you need for a break away. Great location for town, ferry and railway station. Nice private garden area to sit in. Stairs are steep but we as a party of 70 + aged people managed fine. Would definitely go back

Very homely

We all felt very relaxed in the cottage and it was very convenient for getting around by bus, train, ferry and boat trips. Crabbing, museum, walks and cycling all great and convenient. Lymington taxi to Beaulieu motor museum was easy. The house has lots of cooking equipment, multiple TVs and tables, towels, and the washing machine was helpful too.

Convenient and clean holiday house

The cottage was very clean and well equipped. It was larger than we expected from the photographs, and it was very comfortable and convenient for Lymington town. Communications with the owner were great, and the parking space was a real bonus. As it was a bit chilly we did not use the outdoor area, but in good weather that would be very welcome I am sure.

Great property

Property is in a great location with the parking spot visible from the address. Literally one minute walk into town with a nice pub around the corner. Loads of space and different rooms in the cottage and it was spotless. Would definitely stop again and recommend to friends.

Short break in Lymington

Perfect location for 3 seniors wanting a break in Lymington/ New Forest areaAlthough dated this property is spacious ,clean and very comfortable It is much bigger than the description given There is such an abundance of linen, crockery , cutlery ,kitchen equipment , glasses etc provided that you do not need to look far for anything that you need! There is a dishwasher and a washing machine tooThe added bonus is a designated car parking space that you can see at all times from the property The property is a 5 minute walk to the harbour and even less to the high streetAlthough the property is on the fairly busy road into town once the shops closed we found it a very peaceful, safe areaWe would definitely recommend this property for discovering the area

Fabulous location

Everything about this property is home from home. It’s spacious and comfortable, especially the bed, and immaculately clean. Was perfect for the chill out weekend we were looking for and next time we will take our bikes as the property has a very secure space to keep them. All in all 10 out of 10. Thank you xx

Lovely Cottage

Lovely clean cottage with everything provided for. Good base to tour from and only a five minute walk to the harbour and high street. We were only two guests staying but required two bedrooms but I was surprised how much space there was in this property. Also the back garden was larger than indicated in the photos. Thanks.
