Très bonne expérience d'une location bien agencée, petite mais confortable située dans un endroit calme retiré de l'agitation de la ville (La Rochelle restant cependant très proche, 10 min. en voiture) et permettant de se reposer au jardin. Couple de septuagénaires nous venons de passer 7 jours dans ce gite , principalement de 19 heures à 9 heures et en sommes pleinement satisfaits . Le logement est assez petit , indépendant ,bien équipé , très calme ( aucun bruit la nuit ) et la literie confortable . Les commerces de Dompierre sont à quelques minutes à pieds et l'entrée de La Rochelle est à 5 km par une voie rapide . On peut stationner sa voiture devant la porte . Compte tenu de la saison nous n'avons pas profité du jardin attenant mais celui-ci doit etre très agréable en période clémente . Enfin les hotes sont très accueillants et sympathiques .

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut gelegen für Veloausflüge.

Wir haben die Zeit bei Claude und Alain sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut für Ausflüge gelegen, etwas klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden. Dank des schönen Wetters konnten wir ausschliesslich im Garten essen. Claude und Alain sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die uns auch viele gute Tipps für Veloausflüge gegeben haben. Alain ist ein sehr erfolgreicher Fischer und er hat uns zweimal mit frisch gefangenen und sehr leckeren Fischfilets versorgt; das ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit.

Location idéalement située à 10mm en voiture du pont de l'île de Ré et de La Rochelle

10mn de l'île de Ré, 10mn de La Rochelle, 30mn du marais poitevin, 30mn île d'Aix : Location idéale pour visiter la région. Appartement dans maison très propre, bien équipée, très fonctionnel, idéal pour une personne seule ou un couple car petite superficie. Le quartier est calme donc les nuits sont reposantes, les propriétaires partagent la maison mais sont discrets et très avenants. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le jardin arboré bien clos ainsi que les commerces à proximité (tout peut se faire à pied) Accès direct avec la 4 voies pour rejoindre l'île de Ré et La Rochelle. Le temps superbe tout au long de cette semaine m'a permis de découvrir au mieux cette belle région.

Idéal pour 2personnes en quête d'un séjour facile et agréable.

Nous avons été très heureux de trouver cet endroit bien aménagé, propre et bien situé. Possible de manger dehors dans le jardin arboré. Nos propriétaires, charmants, se sont montrés ouverts et disponibles. A élire sans hésiter, surtout quand c'est la belle saison et qu'on a plaisir à être dehors. La Rochelle est à quelques minutes en voiture et le village offre de belles balades dans ses rues anciennes.

Les propriétaires Alain et Claude sont très aimables, présents si nous avons besoin d'eux mais également discrets pour préserver notre intimité. Le logement en lui-même est simple mais propre et fonctionnel. Idéal pour un couple seul, devient un peu petit si des enfants sont présents. La possibilité de profiter du jardin avec chaises longues et barbecue est un vrai plus ! En résumé, je ne peux que conseiller cette location, idéalement placée pour profiter de cette superbe région de La Rochelle / Ile de Ré.

De mensen waren erg vriendelijk en we hadden alles wat we nodig hadden. De locatie was klein, maar compleet en zelfs beddengoed en keukenlinnen waren inbegrepen. Het was schoon, alles werkte naar behoren, rustige omgeving, kortom we zijn erg tevreden.

Nous avons passé chez M. & Mme Chazot un bon moment. Les équipements sont impeccables et le logement est très propre. appartement confortable et fonctionnel

Une location idealement située aux portes de la rochelle avec accés direct sur la rocade ( à 1 mn!). Les proprietaires sont acceuillants et toujours prets a renseigner leur locataire. Si je dois retourner en charente maritime , ce sera chez eux. Tres bel appart qui plus est.
