Very nice 2 rooms on the beach

Facing the sea, luxurious corner apartment of 70 m2. 15 m of bay windows (double glazing) 270 degrees of angle of view on Pattaya, the islands and the Sattahip point. On the 5th floor of a building that has 8 with swimming pool and jacuzzi on the roof. Amazing views. Double balconies of 11 and 6 m2.
A large living room with sofa bed 2 people, 1 spacious bedroom with 180 x 200 bed and dressing room, 1 fully equipped European kitchen and a modern bathroom.

Security, parking, internet (Wifi), TV (smart) satellite, washing machine, dryer and everything you need to feel at home.

The building is in front of the beach. Multiple restaurants nearby, water sports (Kitesurf, SUP, windsurfing ...) and Marina of international class. Many tourist attractions, water park (giant slides), cable ski (water ski / wakeboard), tiger farm, elephant village, golf, Go kart, addicted branches, horse riding ...

20 minutes from Pattaya, 1 hour 30 from Bangkok airport or 30 minutes from Pattaya airport (direct flights Phuket, Koh Samui)

To meet Thai regulations, we can not rent less than 28 days.
'Small' dogs are tolerated as long as they are clean and respect the neighborhood.
In order to save the environment, the price includes a 20 kW per day package. Widely enough for comfortable and normal use of air conditioning (closed windows). Exceedances will be charged 15 cts Euro / kW.
