Surrounded by vineyards and hills of the Alto Monferrato - UNESCO World Heritage Site - Cascina Amata is a typical Piedmontese manor house from the 1800s that has been perfectly restored. The apartment is located in a detached house located on the property; large garden and orchard available to guests. Apartment consisting of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and living room with sofa bed and kitchen complete with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Air conditioning / heating. Large porch furnished with table, chairs and bench. Parking space inside the property. At 250 meters from the railway station and 150 meters from the charging station for electric cars.
Pets on request and small size.
At total discretion of the property use of study / library (ideal for writers etc.) and above ground swimming pool for children.

Family Escape in Monferrato

We had a wonderful stay in Monferrato, surrounded by absolute peace and beautiful countryside. The house was perfect for our family, offering everything we needed for a relaxing break. Our host, Ilaria, and her family were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. A truly special place to unwind and enjoy time together.

Wonderful Stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was perfect for the two of us, and had all the conveniences of home. It actually felt like we were staying at a friends home as opposed to an rental unit. A warm welcome from the owner upon our arrival to the home was very special. She made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Ilaria was a super hostess and the place is very peaceful and cozy. She provided some essentials for us which was so appreciated and she thought of every detail and was responsive to any questions we had. While out of the way, if you are looking for a quiet retreat, this is the place!

We had the most outstanding experience at this Cottage. The accommodations had everything we needed, they were impeccable and very comfortable. A Delightful Stop!

Our brief stay at Mombaruzzo was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the owner, who made us feel right at home. It was evident that she puts her heart and soul into ensuring the comfort of her guests. Although we only stayed for one night during a stopover with the kids, we actually would have loved to extend our stay. The tranquil atmosphere and beautiful garden truly made it a place to unwind. Everything we needed was provided in the well-equipped accommodation, including a welcoming treat upon arrival. What makes Mombaruzzo special is their attention to detail and their ability to anticipate their guests' needs. This host couple clearly understands what it takes to make a stay enjoyable. We hadden een heerlijk verblijf. Het appartement is practisch ingedeeld en heel schoon. De gastvrouw is bijzonder vriendelijk en gastvrij en reageert direct op berichten. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem kleinen Ort im Piemont und wie beschrieben auf einem Privatgrundstück in einem eingezäunten Garten. Ein Stellplatz für das Auto ist vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist zwar klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht, außerdem ist die Wohnung äußerst liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist herrlich ruhig, mit Bäumen, unter denen man im Schatten entspannen kann. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, spricht neben italienisch auch englisch und deutsch und steht wenn nötig gern mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Wir würden einen Aufenthalt Paaren oder einer Familie empfehlen, die den ländlichen Charakter des Piemont mögen und eine ruhige Umgebung suchen. Wir haben die Zeit in dem Häuschen und Garten, fernab von Trubel und Menschenmassen, sehr genossen.

Een nestje midden in de tuin.

Een perfecte uitvalsbasis om deze mooie regio te ontdekken of gewoon om te genieten van de mooie tuin die volledig ter uwer beschikking staat. Een goed uitgeruste keuken, vele wanddecoraties, de kleine slaapkamer met het brede bed en een geweldige matras, zijn uiting van de zorg en toewijding van de gastvrouw Ilaria voor haar gasten. Zeer respectvol naar privacy maar tegelijk behulpzaam en beschikbaar,we komen hier graag terug.

Weekend in famiglia

Ilaria ci ha accolti senza problemi anche se in ritardo e ci ha illustrato tutto con molta gentilezza. L’abitazione era accogliente e ben riscaldata con tutto quello che ci serviva (e anche di più). L’ambientazione è deliziosa e i panorami mozzafiato. Torneremo sicuramente!

Sehr nette Gastgeber - alles in TOP Zustand - Wunderschöner Garten - ein Aufenthalt verspricht pure Erholung. Umgeben von sanften Hügeln und weitläufigen Weinbergen, lädt der charmante Ort zu ruhigen Spaziergängen und kulinarischen Entdeckungen ein. Während der zwei Übernachtungen kann man die Gastfreundschaft in einem typisch piemontesischen Landhaus erleben, lokale Spezialitäten kosten und die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Landschaft genießen. Super verblijf.

Wij hebben deze accomodatie geboekt als tussenstop voor de terugreis van Corsica naar Nederland. Het ligt heerlijk rustig tussen de wijnvelden, met een enorme tuin waar de kids leuk hebben kunnen spelen. Helaas was het zwembad kapot maar dat mag pret niet drukken. Voor ons een blijvertje als tussenstop. Leuke behulpzame eigenaresse die je echt privacy geeft en helpt wanneer dat nodig is. Aanrader!

Eine tolle Woche für meine Frau, unsere beiden Hunde und mich.

Die Woche die wir bei Ilaria und ihrer Familie verbracht haben war sehr entspannend. Auch wenn das Haus klein ist, bietet es dennoch alles was man in einem Ferienhaus erwarten kann. Der große Garten ist ein Traum für jeden Hund. Und Ilaria ist eine sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin die sich bereitwillig jedem Problem annimmt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden wieder kommen.

Ein ruhiges Silvester

Die Gastgeber-Familie war ausgesprochen freundlich, sie haben uns mit Rat und Tat zu Seite gestanden. Das Häuschen ist hinreißend, gemütlich, jeder Komfort ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten es sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Wir waren mit dem Zug in Mailand, und haben jeden Tag Ausflüge unternommen. Ilaria ist eine sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und nahezu jederzeit ansprechbar, da die Familie auf demselben Grundstück lebt (Haupthaus). Das kleine Appartement ist supersauber und gepflegt. Wir haben vor allem den überdachten Außenbereich mit Blick in den schönen alten Obstgarten sehr geschätzt. Praktisch ist auch die Verkehrsanbindung durch den kleinen Bahnhof der nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt ist.

Herrliches langes Wochenende

Unser Aufenthalt bei Ilaria war wundervoll. Das Ferienhaus lässt nichts vermissen, alles ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ilaria steht mit Tipps immer zur Verfügung. Wir haben ein paar herrliche, ruhige Tage genossen und haben uns wunderbar erholt.

Due settimane meravigliose

Zona perfetta per girare il Monferrato. Ideale per rilassarsi, per fare splendide passeggiate, per mangiare e bere le meraviglie del luogo. È stato meraviglioso stare in una casa indipendente in mezzo a uno splendido giardino. La casa è pulitissima, e non manca niente (asciugamani, accappatoi, stoviglie di ogni genere). La disponibilità di Ilaria e Alfredo per ogni esigenza è totale! Sono stati degli host eccezionali. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di portare il nostro gatto che ha potuto godere dello splendido giardino recintato. Esperienza indimenticabile da consigliare a tutti coppie, famiglie con bambini o per chi ha animali.
