Thanks for taking the time to leave your review, and apologies for the delay in responding. The 'air conditioning' is a building wide 'air flow' system, to ensure that even when window aren't opened, the building remains 'healthy' in terms of air quality. If we had been made aware of a noise issue related to this, we would have responded - there are some controls in the apartment that can be adjusted. The bathroom light is simply a movement sensor one - when it detects movement, it comes on. With regard to the cleanliness score, this is highly unusual for us. We employ our own team, to ensure consistent standards, not third party contractors. If any issues had been highlighted to us at the time, we would have responded immediately.
