Holiday summer style house, family or couple. With privacy/little garden/ sea

Hello dear quests,

New season 2025! Holiday plans are the pre-fun part 😃
Please come and stay in this cozy summer house Sea breeze (56m2), next to our own house. You will have your own little garden (12m2) and the beach, sea, dunes, shops and terraces at walking distance (5 minute walk) Our neighborhood is a typical little village area. Not much traffic during week days, nice people, relaxed surrounding. Highly recommended on Airbnb by earlier quests. It’s impossible to make everybody happy but we try 😃🙏🏻

The house has two floors. On the top floor there is a bedroom with a big, comfy bed (180x210). Downstairs is the living room with a high quality comfy sleeping couch (140x200). There is also a baby bed, bath and chair available.

The kitchen with nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooking facilities and fridge is also downstairs. Plus a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.

The sweet house is very suitable for a couple, for a romantic getaway to the beach.

Also family's with max two children should feel totally at home. The parents could sleep separate in the living room on our comfortable sleeping futon or in the master bedroom upstairs. Or comfy and good quality sleeping couch in the living room

Please understand that there are no pets allowed. And the only check in days during high season are Saturday. Minimum 7 days period of rent is what we prefer. Depends on low/ high season. Max 14 nights.

We have a hotel parking permit arranged for your family. This gives you a discount. Normally you have to pay more then 15 euro per day because of local government rules. Now it will be 9 euro wich you can pay together with tourist tax on the end of your holiday in cash or via PayPal

Garbage we like you to separate in plastic, paper, glass, tin and rest garbage. You can dump this in the small grey bins. Located at main house, in front of the front door.

We have a lot of information in the house ready for you. So you can always make beautifull holiday plans.

Urlaubspläne sind der Vor-Spaß-Teil 😃
Bitte kommen Sie und bleiben Sie in diesem gemütlichen Sommerhaus Meeresbrise (55 m2) neben unserem eigenen Haus. Sie haben Ihren eigenen kleinen Garten (12m2) und der Strand, das Meer, die Dünen, Geschäfte und Terrassen sind zu Fuß erreichbar (5 Gehminuten). Unsere Nachbarschaft ist ein typisches kleines Dorfgebiet. Wenig Verkehr an Wochentagen, nette Leute, entspannte Umgebung. Von früheren Quests auf Airbnb sehr empfohlen.

Das Haus hat zwei Stockwerke. Auf der obersten Etage befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit einem großen, bequemen Bett (180x210). Unten ist das Wohnzimmer mit einer bequemen hohe qualitate Schlafcouch (140x200). Es gibt auch ein Babybett, eine Badewanne und einen Stuhl.

Die Küche mit Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Induktionsherd und Kühlschrank befindet sich ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss. Plus ein Badezimmer mit Waschbecken, Toilette und Regendusche.

Das kleine süße Haus eignet sich sehr gut für ein Paar, für einen romantischen Kurzurlaub am Strand. Oder vielleicht zwei oder drei Freunde. 4 Erwachsene machen wir nur gelegentlich. Dies kostet extra und für ältere Menschen.

Auch Familien mit einem oder maximal zwei (Klein-)Kindern sollen sich rundum wohlfühlen. Die Eltern konnten getrennt im Wohnzimmer auf unserem bequemen Schlaf-Futon oder im Elternschlafzimmer im Obergeschoss schlafen.

Bitte haben Sie Verständnis dafür, dass keine Haustiere erlaubt sind. Und die einzigen Anreisetage während der Hochsaison sind Freitag und Samstag. Wir bevorzugen eine Mindestmietdauer von 7 Tagen. Abhängig von der Neben-/Hochsaison. Maximal 14 Nächte.

Für Ihre Familie haben wir einen Hotelparkausweis besorgt. Dadurch erhalten Sie Rabatt. Normalerweise müssen Sie 15 Euro pro Tag bezahlen. Jetzt sind es 9 Euro, die Sie zusammen mit der Kurtaxe am Ende Ihres Urlaubs in bar bezahlen können.

Müll trennen wir gerne in Plastik, Papier, Glas, Blech und Restmüll. Diese können Sie in die kleinen grauen Tonnen entsorgen. Befindet sich im Haupthaus, vor der Haustür.

Wir halten viele Informationen im Haus für Sie bereit. So können Sie immer schöne Urlaubspläne schmieden.

Cosy & wonderful beach house

We enjoyed our week in Sea breeze so much. Perfect clear up in advance with Bas and during our stay, thanks for that!!! We highly recommend the comfortable beach house. The place is located very well to walk down to the beach, cycle around or go by bus for making nice city trips (Leiden, Amsterdam)….

Wir hatten als Familie einen schönen Aufenthalt in Noordwjik und in Sea Breeze. Die Kommunikation mit Bas war hervorragend und das Objekt wie beschrieben mit vielen tollen Extras für Familien (volle Küchenausstattung, Herd, Ofen, Waschmaschine).Besonders die Lage war toll im Zentrum von Noordwjik, mit vielen Einkaufs- und Shopping-Möglichkeiten. Zu empfehlen sind die Beach Clubs am Strand, der für Familien top ist.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und die Lage war ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge zum und am Strand als auch für ausgedehnte Radtouren. Schönes kleines Strandhaus

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Nordwijk. Das kleine, gemütliche Häuschen befindet sich inder Nähe des wunderschönen Strandes. Auch ist es ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt zahlreich möglicher Ausflüge. Es ist alles sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und problemlos. Also rundum zu empfehlen!

Schöner Urlaub mit Abstrichen

Ein nettes kleines Ferienhaus. Geeignet für max. eine vier- oder dreiköpfige Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern oder 1 Teenager. Parkplatz befand sich ca. 500 m vom Haus entfernt, aber zum aus und einladen (Koffer oder Einkauf) konnte man auch kurz vorm Haus parken. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war stets problemlos. Abstriche mussten wir leider bei der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft machen. Als wir den Kühlschrank öffneten, stand dieser voll mit Wasser (wahrscheinlich nicht richtig geschlossen gewesen) und aus dem Frostfach tropfte eine undefinierbare tauende rote Eisschicht so vor sich her. Der Backofen war leider der nächste Minuspunkt. Vormieter nutzten diesen wohl als Grill. Wie ein Barbecuegrill nach einer Gartenfete aussehen kann weiß jeder und wenn dieser ein paar Wochen dann so stehen gelassen wird, erfreut sich so manches Kleingetier daran. Wir haben ihn nicht genutzt, hätte auch nicht funktioniert, da der Temperaturegelknopf abgebrochen war. Die Spinnweben unter den Küchenhängeschränken haben wir selbst schnell beseitigt. Eine Grundrenovierung tät dem Häuschen ganz gut und auch das nachziehen oder ersetzten der einen oder anderen Schraube. Der Vermieter kam nach einem Hinweis auf die Küchenmängel sofort entgegen und wollte alles umgehend abstellen. Da wir aber die besagten Geräte, wie auch die Kaffeemaschine ohne Anschaltknopf (abgebrochen) nicht nutzten, haben wir Ihn zur Instandsetzung und Reinigung nach unserer Abreise gebeten.

Dear Daniela, Again sorry for the frozen part of the refrigerator and the oven. The fridge was made clean. The cleaning lady had to check the frozen part and forget about that. Like I told you I instructed her to check this every week. The oven was made clean. But sadly not the open grill plate. That was also a mistake from the cleaning lady. Because of the broken temperature button, she taught that the oven was not in use. This was the situation for 2 weeks. In that time a spider family used our oven to make home. This is unfortunate. You did NOT mention any broken buttons of the coffee machine to me! So I never had the change to check this out en help you. Or replace the machine. And you also did not mention any other complaints to me, even NOT when I checked with you several times during your stay. For us as owners, this is frustrating. We are premier host for several years. But because of this kind of reviewing instead of directly come to us, we receive a 3 star rate from you. Even if everything else was perfectly good. We as owners can ONLY take care of broken things when customers TELL us honestly when they brake things, when something is not okay or when something needs a renovation. For now, I asked the new renters (they are allready here for 2 nights) if the coffee machine is working. Because they did NOT mention this to us yet. They DID mention the button from our oven is not working. 😃

Klein, aber fein

Wir hatte eine schöne Woche in Noordwijk. Das kleine Häuschen erfüllte seinen Zweck und bietet alles was man braucht. An-und Abreise liefen kontaktlos. Vermieter reagierte aber sofort auf Fragen. (Online oder via Handy) Die Gegend bietet viele Möglichkeiten auf Entdeckungsreise zu gehen oder zu fahren. Highlight war der absolut schöne, lange, feinsandige Strand und das Meer. Bei langen Spaziergängen am Strand mit den Füßen im Wasser, die Seeluft in der Nase kann man sich absolut entspannen. Ein sehr schönes Fleckchen Erde.
