Amazing place! Aircondition in all three bedrooms, great pool, well-equipped kitchen. Very close to the perfect neighbourhood restaurant Tre Tigli. I would recommend everyone to stay here!

Perfect stay!

The house was beautiful! It was somehow better than the photos. It was perfect for three couples and a great location to explore Tuscany. The suggestions for a wine tour and a private chef were outstanding and really made for a magical trip.

Beautiful accommodation so peaceful and amazing. At night time the garden is lit up so wonderfully, very clean and good facilities and equipment to use throughout our stay! Monica was extremely helpful and welcoming she was always on hand for any questionsqueries, also gave some great recommendations to us, would highly like to visit again! Thank you for our stay :)

We’ll be back!

The best Italian property we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. A beautiful place in a beautiful location with all the amenities you could need. The owners went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We travelled with a baby and a toddler and they would have been happy to never leave the gorgeous swimming pool! Easy to get to Lucca and Pisa with a car and only an hour from Florence.

AMAZING!

Amazing villa in a very beautiful and quiet countryside. We had a great time at the pool and in the surrounding area - definitly worth a stay, everything was available as advertised and communication with the host was quick and easy. Make sure to pack some bug spray for late evenings outside.

As an adult family of 6 we have enjoyed a lovely 10 days holiday in Villa Matilde. We love visited Lucca, FLorence, Viareggio and a local vineyard but also enjoyed great relaxing days by the pool! It is also a great idea to just walk around the immediate village and see the beautiful views. It's a shame that the Church wasn't open when we went.

Had a perfect vacation!

The villa is amazing! Exactly what the pictures showed. The garden has sun and shadow all day. Lucca is just a 15/20 minutes drive and Florence 1 hour. The baby bed and high chair were also prepared for us.

Fabulous Stay

We had a most enjoyable time at the Villa Matilde. The facilities are great and we all enjoyed the pool. In the local village is an excellent pizzeria serving very good food. There is also a small shop for bread, cheeses & other groceries. A little modernisation in the kitchen is probably needed. Plastic glasses for use around the pool would also be safer.

Beautiful, peaceful, well kept property!

We stayed at villa Matilde near Lucca for 12 days in June. Lovely property divided into two and was ideal for our family, parents with two children and grandparents. The property was tastefully furnished. The kitchen had everything you needed and lots of hot water no matter what time of day. Beautiful, peaceful, well kept garden with pool and lovely dining out area under a big canopy. Any queriesquestions were dealt with promptly We would definitely use Lucca Apartments and Villas again.

We had a wonderful family holiday

We travelled from Hampshire. All enjoyed the garden, pool, pidgeon and ants. Marvelous sunshine. We dinned in the garden gazebo all the nights. We "did" Lucca several times, much of the neighborhod, as for as Lerici (by the sea)when we had local fish and pasta BELLISSIMO! The "crispy Pizza base" Pizzeria in Calci was exceptional value for money and was full of LOCALS! Friendly and welcoming, not other tourists. LOVED IT ALL
