This 2-bedroom apartment (64 m²) is quiet and bright 2, offering a nice view on Campo Santo Stefano. It's located 2 minutes walking distance from the Accademia bridge and 15 minutes from Piazza San Marco. conditionning air in all the apartment.

Campo Santo Stefano is the crossroads between San Marco's Accademia and Rialto's Accademia.

In the afternoon, the square fills with families, people sitting at the many outdoor cafés, and passers-by. Despite it being a very touristic area, Campo Santo Stefano is Venice at its best. However, the area grows very quiet when night falls.

This fourth-floor apartment (64 m²) is quiet and sunny and offers a stunning view of Campo Santo Stefano. There is no elevator access.

The entrance (6 m²) leads into the living room.
