The apartment was a wonderful location- so close to San Marco you could see the clappers ringing the bell. It was quiet, clean, with enough space for a family of 4. My only hesitation is if air conditioning matters to you, it did not work super well. We visited during a heat wave but the other places we stayed at were able to handle cooling the bedrooms. We would definitely visit again.

Claudia and Massimo were excellent hosts! Apartment was big and had everything we needed. Great location, easy to check out all of the tourist attractions and museums and return if needed. It is steps away from San Marco Square, a little tricky to find at first, but no issues after that. Highly recommend!

Location is amazing, very convenient. Really appreciated the air conditioning. Lovely little Juliet balcony off the main bedroom, photos are of the view.

The apartment itself was ok, the bedding could have been better. The stairway to the apartment smelled as a cat had used it as a bathroom for a number of years. My kids held their breath and went up and down the steps as fast as possible. The alleyway to the building door is also a little sketchy….it had garbage, bird poop, and the waiters from the restaurant out front used it to smoke. I had no problems with the company renting the apartment, they were super helpful with water taxis and getting into the apartment

Vorremmo precisare che la strada e le aree comuni esterne non sono di nostra gestione: l’appartamento si trova nel pieno centro storico di San Marco, in una zona caratterizzata dalla presenza di attività locali, ristoranti e passaggio quotidiano, elementi tipici della vita veneziana. Riteniamo comunque che la descrizione riportata possa risultare un po’ severa rispetto alla realtà della zona, che viene normalmente apprezzata dai nostri ospiti proprio per la sua posizione centrale e autentica. Per quanto riguarda la biancheria da letto, ci dispiace che non abbia soddisfatto pienamente le tue aspettative. Avremmo voluto ricevere una segnalazione durante il soggiorno, così da poter verificare immediatamente e intervenire per trovare una soluzione e rendere la tua esperienza più confortevole. Quick weekend in Venice

Was in a perfect location just a few steps from San Marco Square. Was easy to check in and would stay there again! Place was equipped with everything we needed! 10/10!

Everything thing just as described. Great communication on how to find unit. It is the 3rd floor so you will need to carry bags up the steps. Location was a 10 for us. Easy access to water transportation. I would stay there again.

This a chance with no reviews for this place when we booked it, and struck gold. So close to all the big sites; yet relatively quiet. Comfortable, well equipped and working.

Great location but air conditioning not working properly

The apartment is in a historical building on San Marco square. Great location. We walked everywhere without relying on the water bus. Easily enjoyed the early morning and late evening when the crowd was gone. There was not a single review on the property when I booked it but I took the chance. We arrived early afternoon on Sunday and found out that air conditioning was not working. The property manager was very responsive but the technicians did not come until 2 days later. It was so hot that we had keep the windows open at night but everyone got several mosquito bites. The unit is simply old, it took another day for the air conditioning to low the temperature below 27 celsius. We were offered to move to different apartments but the weather was too hot to move.

Die Wohnung war in einer Top Lage. Aus der Haustür ist man quasi auf den Markusplatz gefallen. Die Abwicklung war hervorragend und es gab eine genaue Beschreibung, wie man die Adresse finden konnte. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und in einer guten Ausstattung. Da wir in der Küche nicht gekocht hatten, kann ich hierzu wenig sagen, aber was ich gesehen hatte, war alles vorhanden. Wir können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden wieder kommen.
