Impresionante casa adosada, recientemente renovada en mayo de 2019 en el corazón del casco antiguo de Marbella. Nuevo listado en Homeaway y, por lo tanto, todavía no hay reseñas. Con un precio para atraer nuevos invitados este año.
3 habitaciones dobles, todas con baño privado.
Centro del casco antiguo. Calle Ancha 1 min, Orange Square 2 min, playa 7 min (650 m)
Todas las habitaciones tienen camas de lujo y camas de matrimonio. Amplio espacio para colgar la ropa. Hermosa cocina equipada, comedor y salón separados. Buen aire acondicionado y calefacción en cada habitación y en la planta baja.
Hermoso patio interno, además, una terraza en la azotea de 18 metros cuadrados para el desayuno o las bebidas por la noche.
Gran televisor de alta definición con servicio multilingüe, netflix, Spotify.
En pocas palabras: Perfectamente equipado para una estancia confortable y en una posición ideal.
Nuestra casa de pueblo está en el corazón del casco antiguo. Bares, restaurantes, tiendas y muchos lugares de interés están a tiro de piedra. Muy cerca, también hay una serie de pequeñas tiendas locales de pan, cruasanes, fruta fresca y muchas otras provisiones. Por último, la playa está a solo 600 metros, la caminamos en 7 minutos. Simplemente no necesita un automóvil si no desea conducir.
Estamos muy contentos de responder cualquier pregunta que pueda tener.

Amazing perfect townhouse

Fantastic House in a Great Location!!!

The property was in a beautiful area of Marbella - the old city - very close to the beach. The house was very clean, with 3 spacious bedrooms and a lovey internal patio where my kids really enjoyed hanging out. The hosts were very friendly and very responsive to any of our concerns. Beautiful, clean and newly renovated apartment in the heart of old town

We loved our stay at Moyra and Tom’s beautiful apartment in the middle of old town. 1-3 minute walk to a ton of great restaurants and bars and just 5 mins down to the beach. The apartment itself was recently updated and very well done…with high end appliances and furniture. There are two great outdoor spaces, comfortable beds and 3 en-suite bathrooms. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent start to New Year

Fantastic property located in a central but peaceful location. Property is exactly as described and furnished to a high modern standard. Came to celebrate New Year with grown up children and partners and we were not disappointed. Communication with the host, Moyra, was great and very informative. Can definitely recommend Casa Aduar to others.

Overall lovely we would just recommend providing toiletries like soap and shampoo etc Also one of the bathrooms on second floor made very loud “motorcycle” sounding noises after flushing the toilet and or using the sink. Perhaps it’s a plumbing issue or pipe issue but it was a bit disturbing when people were sleeping etc. Excellent location beautifully decorated and great air conditioning!

Wonderful Vacation in Marbella

In November 2024 my wife and I concluded an extended vacation in Europe, with a 2 week stay on Calle Aduar 10, Marbella. We had a wonderful time, and we absolutely loved the location and condition of home. The owners are gracious, caring individuals, making perfect recommendations for restaurants and other accommodations. During our visit we were joined by another couple for a few days, who happened to be ending their vacation in the Marbella area. They too shared in our appreciation for the well maintained, perfectly located home. The home is well situated on a quiet pedestrian street in "old town." Dining, shops, the beach, coffee, bakeries, groceries, laundry services, etc. were all only a few minutes from our home. We hated to leave Marbella, and hope to return again. If so, our stay will be at Calle Aduar 10.

Just Wonderfull!

Great location to visit the Casco Viejo (old town) close to everything, beautifully appointed with all modern conveniences and yet a Spanish cache all of its own. Moyra was excellent all the way thru the process from the reservation, to answering any questions we had and follow with us on the check in, stay and check out. A great host well word her classification Inside you have two beatifull terraces that complement each other very well, nice friendly neighbours and the kitchen has all you may need to fill home. Bead rooms are comfortable and bathrooms well appointed. Close enough that in 2 minutes you are in the heart of the action and in 10 you are on the beach, yet secluded enough to avoid the noise if that is what you want to do. Moyra, thanks you for everything, we will surely book again as we love Marbella, Andalucia and your kind accommodation

Superb Experience

Everthing about this stay in Marbella was exceptional. From the first contact with Moyra communication was clear and timely. When we arrived at the house we were warmly welcomed. The house itself was spotless and very well equipped with spacious rooms. The location, in a pretty traffic free street, was ideal, just a minute away from a plethora of restaurants, cafes and shops. A 10 minute walk to the beach and nightlife suited the younger ones whilst the comfotable terrace was a relaxing evening venue for my wife and I

Amazing location

This property was perfect for our needs, a wonderful location in the heart of the beautiful old town, with easy access to everything Marbella has to offer. We particularly enjoyed the spacious rooftop terrace which is a good sun trap. The hosts were really helpful keeping in touch beforehand and providing lots of great recommendations during our stay.

Ladies weekend away

This property was just perfect we could not fault anything, the house had everything we could think of and more, very modern and clean and situated in a excellent location very close (walking distance) to lots of bar/restaurants/bakery/shops and of course the beach. Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay here over Christmas week. The house is perfectly situated in the Old Town of Marbella. It is beautifully and thoughtfully renovated and is very well appointed. Catching the evening sun on the roof terrace was a highlight. Tom and Moyra were excellent hosts in every way - thank you both. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wow, where to start……without doubt a genuine 5 stars !!!

The owners were fantastic, from the initial booking through to every step of our arrival and even on hand late in the evening to ensure that we were met at the property and made to feel welcome. Furthermore, they maintained contact throughout our stay and were on hand to deal with every eventuality. The location of this home is just perfect, In the heart of the most beautiful part of the old town and only metres away from the very best restaurants, cafes and shopping. This is not just a house, it’s a home and one which has been newly built and furnished with the utmost care and attention thus ensuring that we enjoyed the most remarkable holiday experience. The property is simply stunning and finished to the highest of standards, a real credit to the owners and those involved in the project. The internal courtyard was perfect for breakfast and the roof terrace used every late afternoon and early evening without fail. We cannot recommend this property highly enough; you will not be disappointed.

We have been visiting Spain for many years. We love the culture, language (which are always trying to improve) and the weather of course. We are both from the UK and we are enjoying spending more and more time in Spain.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We came across this property on one of our many jaunts round the old town and fell in love with its charm, and its position. We completed the renovation in May 2019 and just love being in the heart of this charming town. We can purchase fresh baguettes, croissants, fruit, etc in the morning from the local shops just 100 metres away. The internal patio gives us a great little sanctuary. The rooftop patio gives us a great place to sit, have breakfast, sunbathe, or just take evening drinks while watching the sun go down. There are so many restaurants and bars just a stones throw away. The beach is really easy to get to. We love the fact that we do not drive anywhere. Its a short stroll to all these.

The unique benefits of our Calle Aduar town house. Its your own private house and so includes a fully fitted kitchen with new appliances (May 2019) Not many rental properties have such a beautiful Andalucian courtyard- Its a gem!
Beds and linens to a good standard. The aircon/heating works very well and is in all bedrooms and ground floor.
