Very cozy house in the town of Sant Jordi (Castellón)

The house "El llimoner" renovated in 2018, is located in the town of Sant Jordi (San Jorge Castellón), 10 minutes from the quiet beaches and coves of Vinaroz, 20 minutes from Peñíscola and 35 minutes from Morella.
It is decorated with great dedication and fully equipped with all comforts, air conditioning, heating, WIFI, TV and capacity for 6-8 people. It is ideal to go with children as it is accessed directly from the living room to the porch and the garden of the house, overlooking the fields of olive and orange trees, and where there is a beautiful lemon tree that gives its name to the house. In the village there is a children's playground with swings a few meters from the house.
The ground floor consists of a full bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, small appliances and complete utensils. A very spacious and bright living room * with double sofa bed and TV. It has direct access to the porch and garden equipped with furniture to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
The first floor consists of a full bathroom and three bedrooms, one double, with access to a balcony, another double with two beds and exit to another small balcony, and a third with a bunk bed. From this floor you access a large sun terrace with sea views.
The town of Sant Jordi stands out for its tranquility and its old town where the Church of San Jaime is of great architectural beauty, cafes, restaurants and a small market every Sunday. It also has municipal swimming pools.
Environment: the route of the ancient olive trees, the Delta del Ebre, the natural park of Tinença de Benifassa, the Sanctuary of the Virgin of Health, Vinaroz, Peñíscola, Morella, Cervera del Maestre and a multitude of villages of great beauty a few kilometers of distance.
Being near the beaches you can practice water sports, and also mountain sports with hiking and cycling routes.

Inside the house smoking is not allowed but in the outdoor spaces such as the porch, garden and sun terrace.
