This 50m2, 3rd floor walk-up is a cozy and bright apartment with a beautiful view of
Campo Santo Stefano.
The 2m2 entryway leads to a large living area, which also serves as dining room with a corner kitchen.
The living room is spacious (20m2 - south-east facing) and has three windows overlooking the Campo Santo Stefano. It is divided into three areas:
- The lounge has a double sofabed and matching armchair, a small coffee table with a TV and a lamp.
- The dining area in the center has a large wooden table, 6 plexiglass chairs, and between two of the windows sits an antique dresser.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences (large refrigerator/freezer, an oven with 4-ring gas range, a sink and drainer), all connected by a long countertop. All the kitchen and eating utensils you’ll need are also provided.
A small corridor (3m2) overlooking the living room connects the two bedrooms and the bathroom.
The double bedroom (14.4m2 - northwest exposure) has a window looking out over the rooftops. It includes a double bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, chair, wicker trunk, a dresser and a lamp.
The single room (7.3m2 - northwest exposure) also has a window overlooking the rooftops. It is furnished with a single bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe and a lamp.
The bathroom (3.30m2) is fitted with a shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and washing machine.

The vast Santo Stefano square is at the crossroads between San Marco’s Accademia and
Rialto’s Accademia.
In the afternoon, the square fills with children and families, people sitting in the numerous outdoor cafés, and passers-by. Despite being a rather touristy area, the neighborhood offers authentic “Venitian” life in full swing. However, at night the neighborhood recovers its quiet.
The apartment has a view directly onto the square and is two minutes by foot to the Accademia Museum, and 15 minutes from both the Piazza San Marco and the Rialto bridge.

Notes:
The stairs up to the apartment are steep.
