Vintage Family Barn Conversion near Faringdon
Punch Barn is a light and spacious self catering holiday cottage near Faringdon which has been sensitively converted, retaining much of the character and charm of the original building. Arranged over 2 floors, the barn provides luxurious accommodation for 4 guests in 2 comfortable bedrooms. Part of the Goodlake Barns complex, there is a large communal courtyard and plenty of parking available on site. The market town of Faringdon is only 3 miles away which offers a range of amenities and there is a wide range of nearby places to visit including Blenheim Palace, Oxford, the Cotswolds and the iconic Uffington White Horse. There is a central hub which is a flexible space and can be hired for dinner or meetings depending on your groups needs. The hub is big enough to seat everyone together if booking more than one barn. Please note that the hub is only available on request.
If you are looking for a large group booking for more than 4 guests, perhaps for a family or friends gathering, then please consider the entire Goodlake Barns complex.

Bedroom 1: Large double with fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: Twin with wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Shower, loo and basin
Outside
Enclosed communal courtyard with outdoor seating.
Plenty of private parking available on site.
You will find plenty of walks in the area including climbing up to the Uffington White Horse, with both the Cotswolds and North Wessex Downs Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty within easy reach of Goodlake Barns.
The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 2 additional infants (aged 2 or under)
Bed linen and towels are provided
Parking is available for 1 car per barn in the courtyard, with additional overspill parking nearby
1 travel cot and1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)

A BBQ is available for the barn complex, please be considerate of other guests. Please note that coal is only supplied to guests between 1st April – 30th September.

Please be aware that the property is located in a quiet and peaceful area, and we respectfully request that guests are mindful of neighbours at all times, especially when outside, noise and music need to be kept to a minimum beyond 10pm
There are table and chairs in front of the barn
The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
Events are not permitted without prior consent
A security deposit is required at this property
Check in is from 17:00 and check out is by 10:00
Charging electric vehicles at this property is not permitted
