The first floor apartment consists of a large room with a double bed and a single bed, a living room-kitchen with a double sofa bed, a bathroom, a storage room and a terrace of about 10 square meters.
The building is surrounded by greenery at about 300 meters from the sea with a free beach.
The apartment is equipped with washing machine, TV, iron, air conditioning, awnings on the terrace.
Outside there is a free parking space in a private fenced area of exclusive use.
The apartment is in a strategic place to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday, to visit the enchanting Venice, and to experience the natural lagoon and river environments.
In addition to the possibility of experiencing the nature of the Lagoons, for those who love nightlife there are many clubs and discos in the neighboring town of Jesolo.
