This apartment was perfect for our family of six. Two of the kids did have to share a bed, but overall it was perfect.

Nice clean compete appartement

The appartement is complete with items such as wasmachine, kitchen, freezer, towels, tv, airco and so on. The appartement stays 15 minutes with train of the center of Paris. The surrounding of the appartement is oke but near the train station are a little more Wanderers.

Eigentlich ist es kein Haus , sondern Wohnung. Diese war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Letucia, war immer sehr hilfreich unser nett. Leider ging das Internet 2x mehrere Tage nicht.

Tolle Unterkunft nahe Paris

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick! Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit dem RER ist man innerhalb ca. 20 Minuten in Paris, der Bahnhof ist binnen 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gerne wieder!

Wunderbarer Familienaufenthalt für uns in perfekter Lage!

Wir haben als Familie ein paar unvergessliche Tage in dieser tollen Unterkunft in Paris verbracht und waren rundum begeistert. Die Wohnung war nicht nur sehr sauber und gemütlich, sondern auch für uns perfekt gelegen. Besonders der Balkon hat uns jeden Morgen und Abend begeistert – mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Seine! Ein echter Traum!Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war super – in etwa fünf Minuten waren wir zu Fuß an der nächsten Haltestelle, sodass wir die Stadt bequem erkunden konnten. Für uns als Familie mit Auto war auch der sichere Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ein echtes Plus. Das Gelände ist durch ein Tor geschützt, was uns zusätzlich ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat.Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht, und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Ideal für Familien, die Paris entspannt erleben möchten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Einfach Toll

Tolle super schöne Wohnung. Nette Gastgeberin. Es ist jetzt nicht die schönste Gegend an manchen Stellen, aber es geht, das hat ja jede Großstadt. Diemenschen hilfsbereit. Bäcker 10 Minuten zu Fuß, wbenso der Intermarche. Beide strecken mit der RERsind gut zu erreichen.

Tolle Wohnung mit Seine-Blick

Moderne und freundliche Wohnung mit einer herrlichen Terrasse, auf der wir abends die Sonne genießen konnten. Wir waren mit drei Kindern eine Woche dort und haben uns sehr wohl und auch sicher gefühlt. Der Bahnhof auf der anderen Seite der Seine ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Touren. Latitia war immer erreichbar und hat sich mehrfach nach uns erkundigt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen, 1 Teenager und einem großen Hund dort. Die Ferienwohnung ist super. Direkt am Fluss und recht nah am Bahnhof. Die Vermieterin ist überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen guten Kontakt. Unter der Woche sind die Straßen sehr überfüllt, wer keinen Hund dabei hat, sollte die Bis- und Bahnverbindungen nutzen. Sollte es uns nochmal in die Nähe von Paris verschlagen, dann kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Schöner Ausblick auf die Seine

Saubere Wohnung. Genug Platz für 6 Personen. Gute Betten für 4 Personen. Das Schalfsofa ist nicht sehr bequem. Alles soweit vorhanden. Kaffeemaschine ist eine Dolce Gusto. Küchen-Wohn und Essbereich Lichtdurchflutet. Bei Sonnenschein kann man den Blick auf die Seine vom Balkon aus genießen. Bahnhof in der Nähe, leider sehr dreckig dort. Einkaufsmöglichkeit vorhanden. Bhf. Nähe. Der Ort liegt im Ringbereich 5. Wichtig für den Kauf der Fahrkarten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und offen für Anregungen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt.

Sylvester 2023/24

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit über Sylvester in dem Appartement mit Blick auf die Seine. Wir haben uns dort mit unseren beiden Kindern und Hund sehr wohlgefühlt und die Ruhe nach Ausflügen nach Paris und Disneyland genossen.

Empfehlenswert- würden wieder kommen

Die Buchung und Kommunikation verliefen reibungslos. Die Vermieterin konnten wir jederzeit telefonisch oder über WhatsApp erreichen. Die Wohnung war tip top sauber, ein kleiner Korb mit Obst und selbstgemachter Feigen Marmelade stand bereit. Auch etwas Hotel Seife und Shampoo im Bad. Für einfache Gerichte war die Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Einzig die Sitzsäcke, wie in der Anzeige sichtbar, fehlten (aber ausreichend Stühle auf dem Balkon und ein Sonnenschirm vorhanden). Ausstattung ansonsten genau wie beschrieben und tadellos. Etagenbett war etwas wackelig und quietschte, so dass ein Kind auf das Schlafsofa auswich, also nicht dramatisch. Die Balkontüren liessen sich nicht ganz (ab)schließen, daher sollten wir in Abwesenheit die Aussenrollos schließen. Die Flugzeuge störten uns überholt nicht, nach dem Lärm im Pariser Zentrum genossen wir die ruhige Wohnung. Das Tor zum Gelände gab Sicherheit, Pkw also save. Kurzer Fussweg über die Brücke zum RER. Günstig für die ganze Woche war das Metroticket Navigo Decouvert für 30€ Zone 1-5, gilt auch für Versaille, Passbild am einfachsten schon von zuhause mitnehmen, etwas kleiner vor ort ausschneiden und aufkleben. Sehr schöne Wohnung. Unsere 2 Teenager Mädels waren begeistert. Lidl zum Einkaufen in der Nähe. Bushaltestelle und Bahnhof fussläufig erreichbar. Laetitia, unser Host, war immer erreichbar und hat sich mehrere Male nach uns erkundigt. Immer wieder gerne!

Super Aufenthalt-super zufriedene Familie und Hündin

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Der Check-in verlief für uns perfekt, da niemand persönlich auf uns wartete, konnten wir entspannt ohne Zeitdruck anreisen. Es erwartete uns eine saubere Wohnung, sogar mit ein bisschen Kaffeepulver und Filtertüten, sowie Tee, so dass der Kaffee (mit Zucker) direkt nach der Anreise auch ohne Einkauf möglich war. Auch Pfeffer und Salz waren vorrätig. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Seine war auch sehr schön und mit unserer Hündin konnten wie auch entlang der Seine gut spazieren gehen… Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt. Laetitia war stets zur Stelle wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen. Liebe Grüße

Paris und Disneyland

Sehr, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Tolle, saubere Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht, traumhafter Ausblick vom Balkon. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, in einer hübschen Straße direkt an der Seine. Ein paar Meter weiter ist ein kleiner Park, sehr klein aber gut für eine kleine Hunderunde. Abends wird dieser allerdings abgeschlossen daher gab es spät Abends und früh morgens keine richtige Grünfläche in der Nähe, außer ein kleiner erhöhter Bereich, jeweils um die Bäume am Gehweg. Allerdings waren dort viele Hundehaufen und teilweise Scherben drauf. Bäcker, Supermarkt und Apotheke sind in der Nähe, leider zu Fuß keine guten Restaurants. Der Bahnhof um nach Paris zu fahren ist fußläufig, schnell erreichbar. Das war sehr praktisch. Auch große Hunde dürfen mitfahren. Ansonsten gibt es viele Hundeverbote: bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Rundfahrten und sogar in einigen Parks und auf dem Friedhof sowie in den meisten Restaurants und im Disneyland sind Hunde nicht erlaubt. Zum Disneyland sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren, aber auch mit dem Zug wäre das gut möglich gewesen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung an der Seine

Wir haben eine knappe Woche als 5-köpfige Familie dort verbracht und nichts vermisst. Mit dem Zug ist man in ca. 20 Minuten in der City. Der Bahnhof ist in der Nähe, ein kurzer Fußmarsch über die Brücke. Fluglärm haben wir nicht wahrgenommen (waren tagsüber unterwegs) und auch sonst war es recht ruhig. Der Blick auf die Seine ist herrlich und im Sommer muss es sehr schön dort sein. Laetitia ist sehr freundlich und steht für Fragen gern zur Verfügung. Das Auto steht sicher auf dem Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Das Grundstück ist durch ein auffahrbares Tor (mit Code) geschützt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

We are located in a very quiet area at the water's edge (la Seine).
A large terrace allows to enjoy the landscape and to observe the barges ans small boats.
