Ideal for a family holiday or getaway for two or three couples, Villa Zarif can sleep up to 6 people; is set in pretty, well-maintained gardens and features a private pool terrace with sunbeds, table and chairs for alfresco dining and barbecue.

For your enjoyment and to keep all family members entertained, there is a 32inch smart TV.

Transfers and Car Hire: Airport transfers can be arranged for you or we can recommend trusted companies.

There are plenty of options for a day out. Choose from one of the well-run local beach clubs or the beaches, Kaputas, Patara or Kalkan. We will provide the information and phone numbers for you.

We can arrange for other items to be available on arrival at cost.

All bed linen and bath towels/mats are included.

The villa will be cleaned and all towels and bed linen changed at the end of each week.

The pool will be cleaned each morning.

The two king sized bedrooms on the first floor benefit from air conditioning, ensuite shower rooms and multiple balconies giving pool or mountain views.

The twin room (ground floor) can also be made up as a king sized double and benefits from air conditioning and an en-suite shower room.

There is a travel cot which can also be useful as a safety pen on the pool terrace for very small children.

The open plan lounge features modern comfortable L-shaped sofa, and the modern kitchen features a large fridge freezer, cooker and hob, dishwasher and 10 sets of crockery and cutlery and all necessary cooking utensils and equipment.

All bed linen, bath towels and bath mats are provided. Changeover day is flexible to fit with flights.

The 32 sqm private pool set in a terrace and gardens with sunbeds and space for alfresco dining. Pool 8 metres x 4 metres. 1 5 metres deep.

There is off-road parking , although we have always managed without hiring a car.

The perimeter and pool lighting create atmospheric evenings for eating alfresco.

The garden is home to some ancient olives, pomegranate trees and the occasional baby tortoise has been spotted.
