The Spa at Port Royal is a hidden jewel on the island. It is like having your own private beach and it is so peaceful and beautiful. The view of the Sound from porch and the primary bedroom. The landscaped courtyard with lagoon and fountains is unbeatable, especially for the price.

This condo is Located on the second floor (stairs only-no elevator) in building one for the best view of the water. The outdoor porch is equipped with high top chairs and table, best for enjoying the beautiful sunrises and soothing sunsets.

The complex is on the ocean on the Port Royal sound with a natural tidal beach.

It is a beautiful beach for sitting, sunbathing, relaxing, strolling, beach combing and bike rides. The beach is SO private with no crowds. Public beaches are only a 5 minute drive from the condo with public parking.

Sleeps 4:
Master bedroom have a super comfortable king size bed with views of the ocean. 2nd bedroom has super comfortable Queen size bed, Linens and blankets are provided.


Bath Towels and washcloths provided. Bring your own Beach Towels

NO SMOKING ANYTHING is strictly prohibited inside the condo. Smoking inside will result in the loss of your damage deposit.

There is a full Washer/Dryer. Bring your own detergent and dryer sheets.

The kitchen is stocked with a plates, drinkingi glasses, utensils, pots and pans, toaster, 12 cup drip coffee filters provided. There is also a new Keurig K-cup coffee maker. Bring your own K-cups

ITEMS Provided

• Trash bags for the kitchen trash can
• Detergent for the dishwasher & Dawn for hand washing
• Pump liquid hand soaps for the 3 sinks. Refill is under the kitchen sink if needed.
• Paper towels.
• Toilet paper.

Fishing/Clamming:
You can dig for clams on our beach! It is so fun. Clamming season is October - May and a fishing license is required. You can buy one online or at many locations on the island like Walmart:
