In the back yard, you will find a large pool, wood burning firepit, and a private beach access via a boardwalk through the dunes. This is a very rare feature, even for the most luxurious oceanfront homes.

Back inside, going left of the living room, you will find two of the four bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom with a king bed, gorgeous ocean views, and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom contains a private, updated bathroom with walk-in shower. The master bathroom has access to a side deck where you can also enjoy the beautiful ocean views. Next to the master, you will find a guest bedroom containing a queen bed and a flat screen TV. This bedroom has access to the side deck as well. The queen guest room contains its own full-size bathroom with a shower/tub.

Going upstairs, you are greeted by a narrow landing overlooking the living room and maintaining the views of the back yard and ocean. On either side of the landing are there main two bedrooms. To the right, you will find another master bedroom. This bedroom has views of the ocean, a fireplace (for aesthetics only), a flat screen TV, a private balcony, and a private bathroom. The bathroom has double sinks, a large tub, and a large walk-in shower. This is the best room in the house! Exiting the master and crossing the landing, you will find the fourth bedroom. This room has 2 twin beds, a trundle, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. The bathroom contains a tub/shower.
